This dealership was fully transparent!! We negotiated the sales price and out the door price all over the phone with the Sales Manager, Mike Maresca. He took the time to walk me through the numbers and was a complete professional. He set up an appointment for us to come in the next day. Once we arrived at the opening of the store, the vehicle we wanted to purchase was already staged and up front for us to view and drive. Mike had the salesman, Carlos Scaloni already briefed and the process was seamless!! We test drove the vehicle, finalized the purchase and left the dealership in an hour!! Very professional staff and respectful of our time!! I highly recommend this dealership and if you get the chance to work with Carlos Scaloni and Mike Maresca you will not be disappointed!

I purchased a Used 2018 Jeep Wrangler that they had on their lot, Leo the sales person lied to me on what he would get back for me. The entire department there never returns phone calls. Also, when I purchased the Jeep, I almost had an accident, they never fixed the issue w/the Jeep when it was sold to them. The Power steering turned off while I was driving on the highway, all the lights on the Dash board came on, I returned the Jeep with in the 30 days so they can fix the issue, but they never did. Also, the Right passenger power mirror did not work, they claimed they purchased a new motor, but that was not the case. It is still broken. Audi dealership in Hawthorne, NY is a a crappy company, that does not honor their customers. They rip them off for the little money that's owed to the customer. I wanted to transfer my Veteran CT plates to the Jeep and they shook me down for $495 for tag registration in CT, The tags cost $132 to transfer, they were supposed to refund me $371, what they gave me was $68. Not a friendly dealership, no return calls, no consistency! If I can give them zero stars I would.

I want to applaud the Service Manager at Nissan of Yorktown Heights! His name Chris Risnes. He has only been there about 6 months. Although the business is about cars, he is about the people! I believe with his leadership, and modeling excellent customer service, this very low non- rating by the BBB, will not only improve, but excel. Chris went above and beyond to resolve a serious issue I had with my Nissan. I did not have transportation to the service department, and my car had the kind of problem that was a true safety issue. Chris did not delay, put off, make excuses, try to upsell, he went out of his way, came to where I live, left his car and took my car to the service department to be fixed. It took a day longer than he thought it might to get the part. He called me and let me know as soon as he knew. He called me the next day also to share an update. And he called when he was on his way back with my car. Elizabeth, who was at the service desk and took my call, also showed exemplary customer service ... she did not try and "get rid of me', listened to my story, and immediately went and talked to Chris, explained my story and he returned my call within a half hour. Both Chris and Elizabeth made me feel like they would find a solution, no matter what... not more obstacles. If your experince in the service department has felt lacking, prior to 6 months ago, please at least give those two folks a shot... they made all the difference in my experience as a customer needing assistance!

Above excellent. I went to three Toyota dealerships yesterday and was given the run around and was lied to. I came to this Buick dealership and they took very good care of me. Left with a brand new 2025 Buick Encore which is the color I wanted and the model I wanted. I am more than pleased with my experience, and have already recommended someone to that dealership. Shout out to the Vail Buick team, you guys definitely have a returning customer in me. Thank you Carl, for your superb service. It made a bad day into a great day. I purchased a 2011 FORD F150 for Verdi Motors last week on the 25th of July. Being VERY DISAPPOINTED is an understatement. First, they said this truck came with electric windows and door looks. I traveled 3 ½ hours to get to these guys from Massachusetts. I get there and its NOT electric windows. Its crank windows. Anyways, they knew I had traveled so it was buy it or leave it and we will sell it elsewhere. I had to fight with them to get a 30 days warranty on the drive train since I was from out of state. They tried to tell me because I was out of state I had to buy it as-is. They could have told me this over the phone! They knew I was stuck and I really needed this truck. I buy the truck and come home. They said it had been serviced and everything was done on the truck. The oil filter was RUSTED!!!! The Air clear was just as bad. And of course, the suspension starts squeeking. Come to find out the torsion bushings are gone in the front end. Someone mysteriously spray WD40 or some kind of oil on them to quiet them down. So they stayed quiet just long enough to get me home. I am NOT HAPPY at all with these guys. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! DO NOT BY FROM THESE GUYS!

We went to Mega Auto Friday, we looked at several cars. We had a "too good to be true" attitude, but when we got there we found out that these cars were awesome. We were aware of some repairs that had happened to the cars, but they were repaired so well there was not a hint of any repairs in the way they looked or functioned. We got a low mileage vehicle that looked brand new, and for a cost that was several thousand dollars less than comparable dealerships. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a quality automobile for a good price. We were there, test drove our choices and had the paperwork done in less than 1.5 hours. Have your financing in hand when you go, because they don't finance. They are good at communicating these things upfront.

I was in on a 2015 F-150 that was listed for $27,400. I was very interested. Went for a test drive and I was going to purchase the truck. When it came time to review numbers they added a $1,250 destination fee and a $3,850 re-conditioning fee on top of the sale price. If I decided to pay cash they were going to charge a $1,750 non-finance fee on top of everything else. They said the re-conditioning fee was for cleaning and multi-point inspection. When I requested a print out of the service that was done they refused and said that is something they do not do. The truck was dirty and out of gas. It looked like someone leaned on the tailgate and smoked letting all of the ash stick to the truck. We had to stop for fuel on the test drive. I drove two hours one way to see this truck. Very disappointed and frustrated. I’d rate them a 0 if I could.
