Michael Trevett the Service Advisor really takes his time to explain everything and he truly cares. My car needed a pretty expensive part but they all made sure I would get well taken care off. I appreciate that. Kelly Quinn in customer care fillies ui with me right away to make fire everything went well. She was very caring as well. Great place to have good service and good customer service. I plan on continuing to bring my vehicle here for a long time!

Being I am from out of town and was in town for a family emergency it was great to see your service team and parts team perform so well. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to make sure my truck was ready an entire day before it was supposed to be completed. The Salesman-Manager at Upstate, Attica New York was so good to me. His name is Al Ficarella. He helped me chose the right vehicle for me to lease. He spent a lot of time with me explaining everything I needed to know. I leased from "another dealership" in 2023, the salesman was so pushy, and I felt like he really did not care as long as he sold me a lease. Al was not like that at all. He gave me my options and let me decide what I needed or did not need. I will be returning to this dealership in 3 years when my lease vehicle needs to be turned in. My daughter also leases from the "other" dealership, and she has decided to go to Upstate in Attica NY in one year when her lease is up. Very pleased with my whole visit at Upstate, Attica, NY.

Large selection for a used car place. Every car comes with a 2 year drivetrain warranty, They have an on-site service area. It seems like they would be motivated to evaluate their cars thoroughly so as to avoid making good on that warranty. They were pleasant to do business with. They did the registration/plate/inspection legwork (like a new car dealer), I just paid my money and drove away. I recommend them.
