On Friday, April 24, I purchased a brand new Jeep. However, I noticed that the brakes didn’t feel right. I called my salesman, Kyle, and explained my concerns. He advised me to return to the dealership for a service check.
The service manager, Frank, drove the vehicle and immediately noticed my concern about the brakes, even though it was only a mile away from the dealership. Frank informed me that he would replace the brake rotors.
Here’s where the exceptional service from this dealership truly shines. Frank inquired about our urgency, as we were planning to leave for vacation that very Friday. I mentioned that we wanted to be on the road an hour ago. Without hesitation, Frank asked if we had lunch yet. I replied that we hadn’t. Frank then offered to give me an hour to fix the rotors and would drop us and our family off at Eat N Park, a nearby restaurant, and pay for our lunch.
I was completely astounded! A car dealership service manager, paying for our lunch? It was an unheard-of gesture! We expressed our gratitude to Frank numerous times, thanking him for going above and beyond. His prompt attention to our new car and his generous offer of lunch were truly unexpected and appreciated.
I want to thank Kyle for immediately reaching out to Frank. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Frank. We will definitely return when the time comes for a new vehicle.
