In my 50+ years best transaction. The mega dealers in my area, 16929 are not very knowledgeable, they have lied, at least 2 dealers, it is frustrating. Jack Giambalvo Hyundai was great. I am 3hrs away and worked with Travis on email and text. When I told them I was 3hrs away they offered me a deal that was $3k less, their honesty and communication sealed the deal. Constantly keeping me informed so my time there would be short and it was as much as possible. The Tucson was ready, only negative was a little dirt on the seat, they took care of it right away. All the paperwork was ready, they were friendly, knowledgeable and did not push all the propaganda, I did not have upper management come visit me to waste my time trying sell protection programs like they do in my area. They offer free lifetime inspections, including other vehicles in my household. I would highly recommend them.

Long review incoming...The Short version is my experience was wonderful. Mark, Dom, and Madeline at Heritage Toyota made a possibly long and anxious day instead a painless and enjoyable I found this dealership by sending out mass emails to dealerships in a drivable range. The sales manager Mark Eager reached out to me and was extremely helpful and professional. After a couple of days of trying to identify what I truly wanted in a vehicle, I had a phone call with Mark and we figured out a deal that worked for both of us. Mark turned my information over to a salesman Dom Brown. I had such a good experience with Mark, I was nervous to complete the purchase with someone else. Dom elevated the experience even further. It was the exact deal Mark and I had gone over. I legitimately enjoyed my experience there. Dom was a great guy and very informative. Finance manager Madeline Schuetz finished the process with me and was also great. I met one it two other employees that helped in small areas and they were also very kind. Overall I couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend them.

Never thought I'd buy a car remotely, but these folks were the closest dealer to my home in NC that had a blue Pacifica Hybrid. Every other dealer had only boring white. Smooth transaction. One way airfare to Harrisburg, they picked me up at my hotel in my car and drove to the dealership to do the paperwork. I had all the figures in my email in advance and there were no surprises and got what I consider a fair deal.

I am a Salesman and I usually see car buying as a challenge. One that I am up for and kind of enjoy. However, Mike took that challenge away because he made it so EASY. I had the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER with Mike Court at Zimmerman Enterprises. I went in wanting a specific car and Mike answered every question I had about it openly and honestly. He pulled no punches or tried to sell me something else. He asked me what I needed to close the deal. I told him and he went and reviewed it with management and HE, not the Manager came back with their counteroffer which 99% met my request. Well 99% is close enough, so I agreed and we were done. In less than an hour which also included a test drive! My last car buying experience took SIX HOURS !!! So even though I live 2 hours away, it was shorter with Mike.
