As I have said many times in the past I choose to buy our vehicles and have them serviced at R and R. We have been customers since 1993 and have purchased at least 13 vehicles at R and R. They treat your fairly and always give you a fair deal. Tried other dealers occasionally in the past with very negative experience. If you want to be treated like family like we are by all the employees then R and R is your family dealership. Kudo’s to Bob Rinaldi, Sales Manager Johnathan, our sales GUY Mike Hummel. I recently had an incident when I was driving to work. There was a 55 gallon trash barrel in the middle of the road. I was in the passing lane with a car less than 3 car lengths behind me. I could not stop or swerve or there would have been a serious accident. So I held on to the steering wheel, prayed, and hit the trash barrel head on. When it hit the car the trash can split in half and went under the car. The car was drivable, so I continued on my way to work. It was dark and I had a meeting at 7:30 AM so I went right into work without being to assess any damage. When I got out of work it was dark and I couldn't really see any damage. I noticed on the way home, the check engine light came on. My husband went out and checked the car and said the bumper was cracked and the spoiler was damaged. I had to have my car scheduled for oil change so I thought I would have the body shop look at the damage as well. The insurance company said I had to go to someone they were contracted with. I took it to the body shop and Ralph looked at my car and recommended I ask the insurance company to assign the claim to Bob Fisher. He explained the process to me and I worked with Melissa for interaction with the insurance company. In short, they got it approved and scheduled the work. I had the oil change done on my lunch break and they let me know the one sensor was gone due to the incident. They coordinated the extra work with the body shop and completed the work. I needed to travel for Thanksgiving and was worried about having my Equinox back before the trip. Melissa said she would let me know by Tuesday when I could expect my car back. Monday night I got a call from the body shop (and I apologize I don't recall the employee's name). My car was done and I could pick it up that night. I had plans so I arranged to pick it in the morning. I picked my car up at 8 in the morning the next day. I was so excited to get my car but I was more impressed by the how great my car looked. They even detailed the car for me. I am so glad I met Ralph and Melissa. They provided the utmost in professional, excellent customer service. I am so glad I bought my car at Bob Fisher and I trusted them for service and body work for my car. The purchase was awesome with Mr. Krause, the service was awesome with the service department and the body shop was extraordinary. My apologies for those I could not recognize by name. Exceptional employees, exceptional service!!"

Took truck into ciocca 7/28 for oil change and tire rotate was informed they found and oil seep and would need to put die in the oil and have the truck come back in two weeks to test. Two weeks later 8/9 took truck in to check for seep they informed me it was the gasket to the oil cooler and it would be 375$ to repair, i informed Brian that I had purchased the extended warranty from ciocca with purchase of the truck, he said I'll have to call them Monday to see if the repair is covered under warranty or not. Friday 8/15 still no word from Brian I received and email from ciocca stating I declined electrical services. Tuesday 8/19 I called ciocca after waiting on the phone I was sent to Matt's voice-mail I left a voice-mail and have not received a call back. Same day Tuesday 8/19 I got a flier in the mail from ciocca saying I declined electrical service and could get 10% off my repair. This is an oil seepage I dont know how i declined electrical service for a mechanical repair. Im worried they won't stand by the warranty they sold me. 8/20 called ciocca again spoke to Bryan was told warranty never called him back he will reach back out to warranty and give me a call back. No call back 8/20. 8/24 still no call back from Bryan or ciocca. 8/25 wife went to ciocca for plates on her new car, she asked Bryan about my trucks warranty claim and was told he has to call them again he still hasn't heard back. 8/29 still never heard back from anyone. Disappointed in how this was handled after they sell you this warranty they can't get a hold of anyone to get work approved or denied kind of makes it a waste of money to even buy a warranty from them. Going to be looking into other GM dealers for the future.

Bought a used f150 for $56,000 didnt even bicker about price, when deal was done ,went to drive away i was given one key fob, they said they either lost it or never had it (the second one), either way they told me to go to ford ,get an estimate,n let them know the cost,well the cost was $460.00, I guess i wont see nothing from them cause they wont return my calls or texts, ridiculous cause i cant program doors n locks without both keys N they should step up n be responsible for that

A total waste of my time. When given my budget, they never stayed with In it. Mr. Patel was not knowledgeable at all and in fact I found him insulting. He honestly didn't know what he was doing or talking about. I can with the intent to buy and walked out incredibly disappointed. By the end of the night, I went to another dealership who was more knowledgeable and went home with a new car from someone else. Mr. Patel is a detriment to the dealership.
