I have a 2025 Hummer EV which I purchased in VA. After approximately 3 months, the charging system (main battery) malfunctioned! Because I live in MD, I took it to the closest warranty dealership in Elkton on October 20th. To say this experience was extremely frustrating is an understatement!! I had very little to no communication on my vehicle, when I called they had no answers always stating they would call me back which never happened. I put calls into GMC customer care and was still getting no where 3 weeks later. A friend of mine who knows Jason Owens personally, told me to reach out to him. Even though I did not purchase my car from him, Jason jumped on my issue immediately!! He contacted the district manager, explained my problem and kept me in the loop constantly, he even stated that if needed he would go get my vehicle and take it to his shop and get it fixed!! I contacted him on November 17th and on November 26th, my car was fixed!! I cannot tell you how grateful I am and how appreciative I am of all the help that was given me. I am convinced that without Jason's intervention, I still would not have my car. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely buy my next vehicle from them! Their customer service is awesome!! Jason is by far, the best, for a dealership owner to go out of his way for a customer who didn't even buy their car from him, is by far simply amazing!! Bought a used f150 for $56,000 didnt even bicker about price, when deal was done ,went to drive away i was given one key fob, they said they either lost it or never had it (the second one), either way they told me to go to ford ,get an estimate,n let them know the cost,well the cost was $460.00, I guess i wont see nothing from them cause they wont return my calls or texts, ridiculous cause i cant program doors n locks without both keys N they should step up n be responsible for that

This place is nothing but bunch of thieves. They lie straight in my face, and the manager threathen me, and implies that he is ready if I want to take legal actions. I drive 2022 Chevy tahoe z71 5.3l V8. Bought from them new. I brought my vehicle to fix 2 issues: The first issue is the Roaring noise coming from the wheel when turning left or right. The Second issue is the vehicle shuts-off itself from time to time when stopping either for traffic, stop sign or red light and don't turn back on even with jumpstarter, only can start back again after about 10 to 15 min. It happens once a while. There is a service Advisor named Mike who garrantied to fix my issues by performing these services after diagnosing the vehicle: Replacing alternator and belt, Flash the Differential fluid (Which I told him that it was done before about a month ago), replacing all 4 tires, Replacing the brake pads and rotors (that was needed), totalling $4030.51. After they have done, the wheel noise was still there at the time I was pulling out from their parking lot. I went back to notify but there were all gone for the day already. It was over 6pm. There was only one guy named Brendon, who I mentioned the issue not been fixed to. The next day the vehicle shut-off problem happened again. I called the service they transfer the call to Mike and he never answer the call. I texted he never replied. It kept going to voice mail over and over everytime I called then after. I had to call the receptionist to make a new appointment. The shut-off problem became worse and would happen now more than twice a day. The shut-off happened while on my way to their shop, 2 min away from them, the day of my appointment. My vehicle shuted off at a stop sign by brown daub volvo. I called them and they sent me a mechanic who brought boosters. Unable to restart the engine, He left and told me to call a towing truck to tow the vehicle to their shop. I spend $100 to tow the vehicle to them. After few hours of whatever, Mike told me that the Starter of my vehicle is out and will cost me $950 to replace it. Think twice Before taking your vehicle to these guys.

A total waste of my time. When given my budget, they never stayed with In it. Mr. Patel was not knowledgeable at all and in fact I found him insulting. He honestly didn't know what he was doing or talking about. I can with the intent to buy and walked out incredibly disappointed. By the end of the night, I went to another dealership who was more knowledgeable and went home with a new car from someone else. Mr. Patel is a detriment to the dealership.
