Joe was very helpful, and obviously wanted me to be well informed about the used SUV I was inquiring about. He shared both the many good features and the few negatives about the vehicle. He answered every question I had to my satisfaction and I was so impressed by his honest approach, I chose to purchase the vehicle. This was not an easy decision, as they were about 1,000 miles away from my location. I bought a one-way plane ticket and booked a rental car to get me to the dealership, and when I arrived everything was exactly as he had described, he even had it detailed for my arrival! All the necessary paperwork and temporary tags were prepared and ready for me to purchase the vehicle and be completely legal driving it literally across the country back home!

On 9/30/25 I leased a 2025 Honda Prologue Elite electric vehicle (EV) from CMA’s Colonial Honda, which was the last day before the $7500 federal EV tax credits expired. I have purchased over 30 new cars/trucks/SUVs during my lifetime and feel this was one of the few superior (relaxing) experiences because of their friendly staff, huge selection, and competitive pricing. I began my search online looking for Honda Prologues that I wanted by comparing inventory within 100 miles & dealer advertised pricing. After I determined the configuration that I wanted (elite) I asked for an out-the-door (OTD) quote from four dealers. I settled on CMA’s Colonial Honda based on their in stock selection and “best” competitive pricing. As a large volume dealership they offered better pricing than even larger & smaller competitors within 100 miles. My first interaction was with Jeanette Kelley from their internet sales department to request an OTD quote. Working with her sales manager, Aaron Parsons, they provided the OTD quote as requested and we agreed on a final price. Since it was the best offer that I received & it was in stock, I decided to lease it from them. When I showed up Jeanette introduced me to Eddie Delgado, one of their veteran car salesmen. He introduced me to the exact vehicle at the exact price that I was quoted by Jeanette. Eddie offered me a test drive, helped with the initial paperwork, charged the EV, & provided a thorough introduction to my new Prologue. He took his time to introduce me to all the features, especially the charging system requirements. He explained the EV charger in home options and helped me setup my new apps. Adam Blake from their business office prepared and finalized the sales/leasing paperwork and carefully explained the lease pricing & terms. CMA’s Colonial Honda has been selling Hondas in Southern Chesterfield/Colonial Heights area for over 6 years. They have an outstanding reputation of providing a friendly, honest sales buying experience. No pressure. No old school tricks. No gimmicks. I will definitely buy my next Honda from them again in the future. Thank you Jeanette, Aaron, Eddie, & Adam for a great sales buying experience

A completely refreshing experience! We spent about six months shopping for a Grand Highlander Hybrid and contacted upwards of 20 Toyota dealerships from Virginia Beach to New York. A lot of dealerships use the very high demand for this vehicle to justify higher prices ($3-5K above MSRP), mandatory high profit margin add-ons, non-refundable deposits, and other consumer-unfriendly practices. They also tended to adopt a "take it or leave it" approach to optional equipment with no flexibility to deviate from the build sheet as allocated from Toyota. On the other hand, Madisen at Haley Toyota of Richmond was completely flexible from the beginning, working with us to add and remove optional equipment to suit our needs. She was communicative throughout the process, from allocation, through the build phase, and approaching delivery. Pricing was very fair and transparent, as was the valuation on our trade-in vehicle. There was no pressure throughout the process, and the day-of experience with Madisen was very smooth and painless. Even though we live a couple of hours away, we will definitely consider purchasing from Haley Toyota of Richmond again in the future!

She took me on a test drive, helped me compare models and colors, and her upbeat personality made the whole experience stress-free. Her manager, Amanda Foote, stepped in to make sure we worked out a deal that fit my budget. I really appreciated her willingness to listen and find a solution that worked best for me. Kevin Lowery in finance was also fantastic. He got me approved at a monthly rate I could afford, and even after the sale was done, he went above and beyond. When I discovered that my insurance company had made a mistake with GAP and warranty coverage, Kevin took the time to re-work the deal, add the coverage I needed, and still kept my financing affordable. The entire team truly went the extra mile to make sure I felt supported and confident in my purchase. I couldn’t be happier with my new Outback, and I highly recommend this dealership—especially Sarah, Amanda, and Kevin—for anyone looking for a positive and professional car-buying experience.

Horrible customer service. I have been back twice since buying a 70k GMC Sierra. Not from them mind you, but from Moore Buick GMC in Jacksonville, NC, which is fantastic by the way. Went there for an upgrade / warranty issue, as I have a second home in Virginia. They installed the cooling fans for the seats and the parking sensors. I had questions because it wasn’t working right. No less than 20 min. driving off the lot,, I returned and the service advisor told me sorry about your luck make another Appointment. I swore then I wouldn’t spend a dime of my own money since. Then, the front grill deflector recall. Tried to get them to order it while in VA. The sent me to parts, then service, then hung up. Guess what? I drove back to Moore GMC to get the recall. Horrible people. They should have the dealership yanked

I was skeptical about buying from a dealership because I used to work at one. However the salesman named Ralph was great. Wasn’t pushy and was %100 for the customer and not for the sale. I bought a 17 GMC 3500 and was happy until day 5 when a check engine light came on. Sheehy GMC sent a tow truck to my house which was 2 hours away and brought my truck back for repair. Instead of changing one fuel injector on my Diesel truck they changed all 8. Very expensive fix but they did it anyway. 10/10 would recommend.

Purchased 2016 Porsche Cayenne 6/13 from Moe. I've had my vehicle for a little over a month now. Purchasing vehicle was easy. Initially the Porsche I wanted had issues, Moe was transparent and upfront about it. I only wanted to purchase a Porsche (no other make). Mo was able to find me another Porsche> get me approved me for a newer model Porsche, Cayenne. Car rides great! I also purchased warranty for 2 years or up to 24,000 miles. Awesome! I received my hard tags before 30 day tags expired. Super siked! Mo communicated every step of the way, with updates and follow ups. I appreciate his tranparency! My only take away is car needed oil change (oil change indicator is on), dealership charges $600.00. Also none of my tires have sensors as well as I did not receive key for my rims. It would be nice to know if Carstop could help being I paid over 20K for this vehicle and put $5K down. This is only reason I did not give 5 star

Service department scheduled a recall repair, then tried to upsell for other repairs. They did not call or text to say the truck was ready. Dropped off at 7:30 am, finally went to service department to pick up truck, it was done at 3:00 pm. I left phone messages and texts prior to going back, and asking when it would be done. Receptionist called after I had already picked up the truck. First time at this service department and most likely the last.
