I called on a Friday evening just before they closed, as soon as my service light popped on, and Heather in their call centre squeezed me in for the next day a Saturday afternoon —no messing about. I live across the bay, so I waited there and they didn’t mind a bit. Reed, my service advisor, walked me through every step offering but not pushing extras. Got an oil change, wash, vacuum, full safety sweep—all for under one fifty so I feel thrifty! Communication spot-on, my car’s running like a dream. Oh, and they even helped me pair Waze to Bluetooth when I couldn’t figure it out. Comfortable waiting room too—free water, coffee, snacks, Reed lent me a phone charger which was handy because I forgot mine… and there’s this adorable orange cat called Beamer who just melts your heart. They are dog friendly and my lovely whippet Twinkie got many compliments and lots of love even from Beamer, which puzzled her but made her roll her eyes. Ten out of ten, will absolutely go back. Highly recommend BMW of Mobile. BMW of Mobile also sell New and Used BMW’s and MINI’s as well as trade-ins. The employees seem friendly and helpful. The facility is modern and clean. It was nicely decorated for the holidays. My car was serviced for the estimated price and within the promised time period. It smiled as I drove home with Twinkie, they did an excellent job with excellent attitudes in a wonderful environment.

I bought a part on 5/6/24 in the amount of 1405.53. Turns out I didn’t need the part and returned it ( Unopened) on 5/7/24 and they would only refund me 80% of the cost to purchase. They refunded me 1155.53. I then asked about the 3% they charged me to use my credit card and they stated that they don’t refund any of that amount. So in all they stole 292.17 from me. Lesson learned, you will never get another opportunity at my business.

Need to seriously watch out for these people. They will try and rip you off around every piece of paper. Got one key with vehicle battery is definitely low sales person new it at time of delivery didn’t seem to care. Tried getting new battery and he completely ignored us the following day. Like he said you bought it. My fault for not getting it in writing and allowing them to have me sign nothing owed before even checking everything out.
