I was an out of state buyer...I worked Marc Monroe....we negotiated over text & email a couple times and agreed on a price. I signed live docs over the internet, both purchase and Ford Credit paperwork. I flew into a closest major airport, Brondes dealership sent a driver to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership, Marc went over the final paper work with me, we did a walk around and he explained the vehicle's new features. The Vehicle was clean and ready to go, even a full tank of gas. I was on my way in less than 45 min. No run around or upsell was made. One of easiest new car purchases of my life.... A+++ Thank you!

My recent experience with Gary at Valley Ford has reinstalled my faith in humanity, specifically buying a car. Gary and the team at Valley Ford made the experience by far the best and least stressful experience I have ever had buying a car. Gary handled the sale with professionalism, class, and a keen sense for making his customer feel valued, all without the normal stress I have usually experienced buying cars. We used Terry Hendricks Ford because they were close to our home and we like a great relationship close bye to for any issues. We were dissatisfied with the no family experience. The other vehicles we purchased seemed to have a dealership that wanted our future participation. Terry Hendricks only wanted a sale. In fact they knew very little about the vehicle we bought and provided inaccurate information. Shame on US for using Terry Hendricks. Look at their comment history! It only shows a few last sales. I will never use Terry Hendricks Ford in the future or recommend them.

Now Baumann Ford - Had my mustang at the service dept. - dvrom

Now Baumann Ford - Had my mustang at the service dept. for a possible harmonic balancer issue. They confirmed it was bad but chose not to work on the car simply because the OEM part was obsolete. The parts dept. confirmed aftermarket was avail same day and was willing to order the part. Instead they took the diag money and sent us packing. I called the Ford dealer on the other side of town, made the appt and they already ordered the part. Extremely poor service to refuse service and still take my money. I have been in service for many years and aftermarket parts are commonly used in dealerships, even though it changes the warranty. Prior to making our appt we were even told we would need to sign a waiver in order to use aftermarket parts.

Jason, Rob, and Bob, and the rest of the sales staff are very honest and forthright. This is our second vehicle purchase from this dealership. The service division is also very professional as well. All our vehicles have been serviced by this serviced by them as well.
