Great service just suck that their detail service was closed so my car I bought wasn't able to be cleaned and only is already at 65%. Besides that I loved the staff and the time the sale person took with us. We were never pressured once to buy a vehicle.

Jamie as well as the team at arbogast arn’t pushy and definitely focus their time around a great customer experience. Any questions or concerns I had about the vehicle they were able to provide me answers with, and it felt good to know that I could trust them. This place is amazing, best customer service ever and a great selection of vehicles. Our salesman Justin is awesome. This dealership as a whole goes above and beyond. Best customer service ever received at a dealership. We drove from out of state with 4 kids under 12, everyone in that dealership was kind, helpful and polite. My kids were hugging and waving goodbye to everyone, you are treated like family. I was impressed and amazed at their excellent customer service. They definitely gained a lifetime customer, we love our new conversion van. When we are in the market for an everyday vehicle, we know where to go. I can't speak highly enough about this dealership, a week later my kids are still telling everyone about other salesmen there giving them Popsicles, the mechanics making funny faces at them through the service window making them giggle. Our van is beautiful, immaculate, more van than we imagined and look forward to making lasting memories vacationing around. Thank you all for everything.

I came in today for an oil change, tire rotation, and a 20,000 mile check up on my 2023 Chevy Equinox. I was greeted by Ann in the service department; she finished her phone call and promptly got my car taken back for service. Ann answered my questions about touch up paint and came in to show me my oil filter and air filter to see if I wanted them replaced and advised me the technician advised my wiper blades be replaced. She told me the approx. cost of the items. I asked Ann what she knew about the extended warranty I was being offered over the phone, they had said they were affiliated with Chevy of Troy. Ann took me to see Taylor in financing. She looked p the information and I am meeting with her soon to discuss the particulars It was great to see Taylor again! She sold me my car and remembered me as soon as I walked up to the window. She sold me my car. Everyone here is courteous, pleasant and strives to help you.

Wasn’t crazy about speaking to someone not even at dealership. Was expecting to meet with person I was talking to. When arrived at dealership a unknown person stepped in. Felt like I was being bate and switched and someone else would get the sales commission and not the person I had been talking to. So my salesperson and me got off to a distrusting and rocky start. I'm a long-time Reineke Nissan customer. The current sales team I dealt with was rather new to this dealership although the senior members had worked within the Reineke organization at other dealerships for some time. My primary contact during the purchase process was Michael Smith. He provided attention and guidance beyond my expectations when handling my trade-in and the purchase process. My onboarding process was handled by Kirsten Tiedy, a sales representative quite new to the business. What she lacked in deep knowledge was offset extremely well by her can-do attitude and willingness to find answers if she did not know something. Zack Ardema was quite well informed about all of the matters related to financing and extended warranties and his input was valuable despite my not needing financing or electing to initially purchase an extended warranty. I purchased a vehicle off the lot rather than ordering one because of a need for immediate gratification. There was some initial difficulty determining how to properly replace the flat tire repair kit provided in lieu of any type of spare tire because of the 21-inch wheels on the vehicle purchased. The matter was satisfactorily resolved quickly when James Gibson, parts manager, became available to research the matter. Bill Squire, general manager, was involved just enough to assure the overall sales process ended on a fully positive note. The entire team in Lima deserve a 5-star rating for the way my purchase was handled from start to finish.

RUN!! Read the bad reviews first! Read their BBB complaints and Attorney general reports. They will cover up anything they can on their vehicles, management is nasty and corrupt, and they will do anything for a quick buck. They seem to buy bad cars, hide the issues, then sell them before those issues become visible again. Dozens of people have reported the exact same thing over the past 3 or 4 years. And those are just the ones reporting it. These guys are so shady. They tried to sell us a warranty that we found out would have immediately been void if we bought it, and they knew it the whole time. For the record, all of their salespeople and service staff are fine people. It’s just management that’s downright dirty. And they will fight you for every penny. They do NOT care about you at all. Do NOT sign a single document. Do NOT let them run your credit. Do NOT give them your information. And no matter what you do, don’t buy a vehicle from them.

I bought my 2021 Kia soul about 2 months ago first of all they were going to fix a tire that never got fixed they were going to give me a key a second key that is and I never did get the key so then when I went back to get the key they told me what acel cut you on like that's my responsibility to get a key that should have came with my car so to make this long story short I get a transmission problem and here's where the troubles begin this dealership has no work ethic they have no way of taking care of their people they don't even understand how to take care of the people never offered me a loaner car sent me out the door to another dealership because their lack of knowledge to figure out how to fix the car themselves. Oh wait I was told that they don't have the equipment to repair Kia so my word was why would you sell me something that you don't even know how to fix of course you know how it is they'll sell you anything to get you out the door but once you're out the door you're done So here I sat for 3 hours waiting on a tow truck and now I sat again in my car at a different dealership with no loaner car and no rent a car and I guess this is where I'll be for the night thanks SVG I'll never buy another car from you ever again it was the worst experience I've ever had in my life and I've bought hundreds and thousands of dollars worth of cars from xx Mary's Chrysler in xx Mary's Ohio and them's the best people that I've ever ran into in my life they are top-notch quality and I sure miss them. I don't believe any dealer would leave a man standing with 3 days of no work because of their vehicle and still not make them have a loaner car or put effort into helping them it's unbelievable I've never seen anything like it folks please don't ever buy from them it's a real joke very unprofessional
