Bought my car here yesterday and the service was wonderful. The staff members were incredibly kind and accommodating which made the car-buying process go very smoothly. I also really appreciate the staff honoring my scheduled appointment and being so prompt when I arrived. Only great things to say about this place!

Brandon Reed was our finance manager and he show us several different was to save money for future repairs and made a few phone calls right in front of us giving the banks a hard time about getting us the best rate possible which he did! Also he was very knowledgeable in answering all our questions which we had so many lol being our first F-150. Evan after a couple of days he called us to see if we had any follow up questions which I have to say I had never had that happen before so needless to say I was very impressed. I highly recommend this place to anyone that looking for not just a good vehicle but great service!

My wife and I highly recommend Scott Burton at Don Hinds Ford in Fishers, IN. We had been considering a new car for some time but hadn't really seen anything we liked. One day we spotted a Ford Bronco Sport Heritage as we were driving and we became very interested in one. We decided to drive through Don Hinds to see what they had on the lot. While we did not find any Heritage models, there were several Bronco Sports. We were fortunate to meet Scott Burton when looking for someone to ask questions of. He was very helpful, answered all our questions, and let us test drive one. What really surprised us was Scott did not pressure us at all, just simply very informative and helpful. Scott's approach was so comfortable for us. Once we decided on the vehicle we wanted, which they did not have in stock, he and others at Don Hinds went out of there way to find exactly what we were looking for and bring it to their dealership within a week. We were very pleased and look forward to a long relationship with this dealership.

I have a 2002 Ford F150 that started leaking around the rear window. I called Peason Ford's body shop (collision repair) and was advised: "They could not fix or work on my truck due to the age limit." Of course, I panicked and asked to speak with the Manager. I was forwarded to Ms. Brewer, who rendered a solution to stop the leak, which she could order. I then purchased the suggested product and saw that it was a double-tube sealant and epoxy. Once I found that auto part stores, Lowe's, Home Depot and Menards, did not sell the caulk gun, I called Ms. Brewer back, who was able to get a mechanic to loan me his caulk gun. I sealed my rear window and stopped the leak. She went over and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciated that customer service towards me, a United States Marine. Thank you again, Ms. Brewer!

I bought a vehicle from this dealership on December 5 2022. I was issued a temporary tag good until 1/19/23. I paid cash for the vehicle on 1/12/23 I called Olivia my finance person she stated that Opus the titling company had messed up and not filed it, however it was going to be expedited through the system. 1/23/2023 I call Opus titling company they had just received my information electronically today. I called Jeff Etter his response was he did not know enough about the process said he did not like my tone and hung up on me. It was quite surreal! This seems to be my only option warn as many people as possible. This man does not deserve your business.

The dealership is now Bob Burkle Ford. Looking for a new F-150, I went to the nearest dealer first. Salesperson was Lynn Stewart. Very helpful, professional, and surprised me with a better than expected price. But since it is a small dealership I was convinced better deals were out there. I went to two larger dealerships in larger cities only to find that they did not match the effort or the price of Lynn at Bob Burkle Ford. We spent a few days negotiaing trade in values, options, etc. and were able to strike a deal that made us both happy. I'll be a repeat customer.
