I live 6 hours away and had to fly down to get to the store. I was picked up at the airport by the sales manager John Logothetis. My new CRV was ready for me when we arrived. The Sales Rep. I had done a lot of research on the 2025 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid Touring and was set to make a decision between this and the Mazda CX-50 (it was a bit too small for me). After visiting Lafontaine Mazda, I learned that Vinny Jonna who was helping me at Mazda was able to assist me with Honda as well. As I had such a great experience at Mazda, I decided to keep my business with the LaFontaine group. I will say that towards the end there was a bit of pressure to invest in the extended plans. I know it is a salesperson's job to upsell the plans, so I was expecting that. I had a firm number that I wanted to use as a down payment and what I wanted my car payment to be. Vinny was able to work within my parameters to get the payment I wanted as well as the Extended Warranty. All in all I had a very good experience with both LaFontaine dealerships and would recommend Vinny Jonna to assist you in any of the brands in the LaFontaine group. Side note-Floyd Dixon in Finance was a pleasure to work with too!
