I wrote a long glowing review 6 months ago about the excellent experience I had with MY Service Advisor Jonathan Katovich, The Service Manager Greg Edmund and The Technician named Gerard. We own a 2023 Ram Promaster 3500 High-Top Extended Work Van. It is very important for us to keep this van on the road 6 days a week and Golling Bloomfield has helped us meet that goal even thru some challenging rare issues where Chrysler Engineers had to assist us. Previously we had the van maintained at 2 different dealers in Macomb County. Both dealerships portrayed an attitude that we were a bother to them! By chance, we ended up with Jonathan Katovich as our Service Advisor even though he actually works on the Alfa Romeo, Fiat side. Now we get all service on our work van at Golling Bloomfield. The entire Dealership is a top notch operation. Kudos to The Gollings for taking great care of their customers and running a great business. Thank you, Charles Kubert Jr.

IVAN WAS AMAZING! I let him know I had a few concerns about find the right vehicle, I feel he went above and beyond to make sure it was the right fit! My one issuse was the time it took to get the process from credit approval to signing the final paperwork. I arrived at 930am not knowing the were open as i was just looking. HAPPY Surprise! But I didnt get into my new to me car until about 2:30pm to head home. My only "concern" though. I will highly recommend both Dick Scott and Ivan!

Jarod is AMAZING! My son was purchasing his first vehicle with financing. It can be an intimidating experience if you've never purchased/financed a vehicle before. I went for moral support and guidance. That being said, Jarod was so very clear in explaining the entire process to my son, I really didn't need to be there. I have met many salespeople in my life, many very good but I have never met anyone in sales with as much genuine passion for assisting others as Jarod has. I also want to mention how great Alan, in finance, was. He worked very hard to make sure my son was able to get reasonable financing in no time at all. This experience with Jarod and Alan, has restored my trust and confidence when buying a used vehicle. I truly hope that Suburban CDJR of Troy recognizes how fortunate they are to have Jarod representing them to regular, everyday people! Jarod....thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I was in search of a car for my 16 y/o. I’ve been searching high and low from Grand Blancto Detroit. Visited dealership after dealership only to walk out feeling defeated. After passing Huntington Ford many times, I stopped one Sunday to see what they had on the lot. I saw a car that I knew my son would love. It looked nice inside and out. I called on Monday to get more information, and I got Greg. Greg was the best. He did not pressure me to come drive the car or force it down my throat so he could get a sale. He was patient and answered the million questions I had. Needless to say, I bought the car not only because I loved it(I loved the other cars at the other dealerships too), but because I received exceptional service.
