We got top dollar for our trade in which really helped seal the deal! Financing was super easy and they also took our suggestion to use a credit union we were already a part of and that really helped because we secured a pretty good finance rate through them. They only reason I withheld the 5 stars was because I need additional work on my 4 wheel drive and they had neither a rental nor loaner. I'm a year plus working out of town on 6/12s with Sundays off and my resources are limited.

6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the ignition lock security upgrade. For this particular visit; our experience was 5 star. John Czarniak, the Service Advisor, "rolled out the red carpet", and treated us like family. Our car was done sooner than expected, and we were happy to have the security upgrade. While I was in the write up area, I noticed that the several mechanical techs working on the cars all seemed to be working hard to get the cars done, and out. Our service experience was great.

I went to Pfeiffer to get recall work done on my 2001 Windstar, to make a long story short Ford Motor co. said it was irrepairable and bought the windstar back at a premium.So naturally I started looking for a replacement vehicle. Well we drove over to Grand Ledge 150 mile round trip and had 4 or 5 vehicles selected to look at from the "Mega" dealer over there. After a terrible negotiating experience at Grand Ledge we returned to Pfeiffer Farms where we brought the windstar for recall work, and Pfeiffer (Mark Keech) worked with us and got us a terrific deal on a newer vehicle for my daughter. Mark was a pleasure to work with (though he had to "talk" to the manager once) and Dean Smith the service manager was very friendly and we even met Dan Pfeiffer that morning too! I've brought my villager to have it serviced there in the past and am very happy with the whole operation over there. Thank you Pfeiffer for a wonderful experience.
