They gave me an option to get my car serviced now and pay later. I gave a small payment of $58 and still got my car back running like brand new. I didnt even know they had that available. I visited Mossy Nissan in Poway for service a few weeks ago and was truly impressed by how friendly and helpful the entire team was. As a recent college graduate looking to buy my first new car, if I can convince my dad into relinquishing my current car for a new one. I was a bit nervous to look around because I was not buying this day. But Drew took the time to show me some Rogues. I know he got wrapped up in showing another customer a car I believe his appointment. Gabe a very charming Finance guy took the next opportunity to show me around and answer all my questions. I dont think his job was to show me around, I felt bad. But glad he did, very handsome and easy on the eyes. I did noticed he had alot of paperwork to do that was on his desk and i took him from that. He was straight forward, outgoing, and easy to talk to—plus, anyone who rocks cowboy boots and looks that good gets my trust! I left feeling comfortable and welcomed, and I know this is the only dealership I’ll go to when I’m ready to purchase later this year. Don’t waste your time anywhere else; Mossy Nissan Poway is where you want to be for all your service needs and to purchase a new car.

Eddie found the car i wanted in Los Angeles and made it a point to go pick up the car and drive it all the way back to Palm Springs so I could purchase it. Personable, terrific sales guy, thorough, much better than the finance guy who tacked on all kinds of warranty items, raising the payment to over $ 100 extra. I had to go back to delete these charges to get the payment to a reasonable monthly payment. Also, when I realized the usb-connected phone was all filled with static, I was told by the service department that I'd have to prove it. I did so, by recording the event on another iPod touch, they then told me that 'Oh, yes, that's a known problem'. so the service department lied to me because they knew all along that this was a known issue, after denying it. NIssan was reportedly working on a 'fix' for this issue.

Salesperson: Parker Manager on Duty: Hector I had a very positive experience with Nissan SJC. Initially, I inquired on a used vehicle - and upon calling the dealership I was annoyed when they mentioned about the addendums. Considering it was a cheap vehicle (advertised for $12.5k), I didn't think I'd be getting a good deal. About a week has passed, and Parker followed up again. I recapped our conversation from the week prior - and advised I'm seriously interested and will purchase the vehicle if he can provide me some true numbers. I then spoke with Hector, and we came to a deal prior to me visiting the dealership. I've purchased over 40 vehicles in my lifetime (check out some of my other reviews). Regarding my purchasing experience with Parker & Hector, I would hands down purchase from this dealership again. Prior to this, I've established a relationship with my Ford dealership for the past few years (purchased/leased 7 Fords in 6 years), but since the pandemic they've become greedy - and no longer care for loyal customers. Growing up, my parents had Nissans & Infiniti (280Z/280ZX/300ZX Z31 & Z32/Murano/Juke/Rogue/FX35) - so I'm familiar with the brand and with the way new car prices are going, I wouldn't mind considering another Nissan for my family's next vehicle.
