Koons was great. I had to have my brand new car towed in on a car carrier because the battery had died and could not be moved off the carrier. They behaved like they I had to have my brand new car towed in on a car carrier because the battery had died and could not be moved off the carrier. They behaved like they had this situation everyday and got right to work. I am happy to recommend them and return for service as needed. More

I was very happy with the service I received. There are two things I would change though. The first would be that when someone makes an appointment the service advisor also calls the person at w There are two things I would change though. The first would be that when someone makes an appointment the service advisor also calls the person at work if it’s during working hours. Phones are not permitted in my building and parking is really far away so it doesn’t make sense for me to keep walking back-and-forth to check my phone to see if my car is ready. The second thing I would change is that although I used the concierge service I brought the loaner car back to koons and picked mine up because it was easier for everyone. I still got charged a four dollars toll, which koons would’ve been charged if they had delivered my car to me, so I don’t think that was right that I had to pay that. Although it’s very small amount, it’s the principle of it. I really like this service center, and I’m treated very well here otherwise! More
