Very disappointing experience this time. I have a luxury interior and exterior package I have purchased and I sent these attachments over however, I was told I did not purchase it and the fi I have a luxury interior and exterior package I have purchased and I sent these attachments over however, I was told I did not purchase it and the fixes to the seat and scratches on the hood we were not done. Communication and response time has been poor, Feedback was not appropriately noted. I am still waiting to hear from Koons on how my issues will be fixed given my protection package purchase and am hoping this gets addressed soon. More
