He was patient, honest, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I especially appreciated that he gave thoughtful recommendations without trying to upsell services I didn’t need. He also took the time to explain the condition of my tires clearly and helped resolve an issue with my wheel lock key that had become very stressful. This was one of the best service experiences I’ve had at a dealership, and I’ll absolutely continue working with Larry moving forward.
