In for our regular checkup and our XC90 was thoroughly inspected and multiple issues found. Being an older car it was to be expected. Larry worked thru the list with us to make sure we got the critical inspected and multiple issues found. Being an older car it was to be expected. Larry worked thru the list with us to make sure we got the critical work done but delayed things that can be done later. Always kept informed and essentially turned the vehicle around in under 48 hours. More

He answered every question thoroughly, kept us updated on any delays, and did it all with a great sense of humor that made the experience genuinely enjoyable. The dealership itself was spotless, modern, and very welcoming. While we waited, a couple of staff members checked in to see if we needed anything, which made the atmosphere feel relaxed and friendly. It’s clear that customer comfort is a priority there. I brought my car in to have the profiles reset, which was never done when I bought the car. After three hours, the technician gave up and couldn't reset the profiles. The odometer reading and radio disappear never done when I bought the car. After three hours, the technician gave up and couldn't reset the profiles.
