Seamless Process... I find each Rallye Service visit to be consistent, which is far better than other experiences. Their service department can't help if I have an issue I find each Rallye Service visit to be consistent, which is far better than other experiences. Their service department can't help if I have an issue with my car, but they make the resolution process seamless. It's really the simplest way I can describe the process. I'm not sure how most other service departments operate, but my wait time at Rallye on dropping off, getting my loaner and picking up my vehicle is always quick and easy...as it should! And my issues have always been 100% resolved. More

Most importantly is the GQ t that the service associate, Alex is a knowledgeable, brotherly and well kept asset to BMW. My goals are to continue to drive a BMW for as long as I am able to drive and deal with RALLYE BMW only. The fact that my BMW is a well kept 2008 550i and that the staff (especially Alex) always make sure it is in perfect condition and intensions to keep it like that, will ensure that I will remain loyal as well as happy with RALLY BMW ! As I Combat Veteran, I am also happy to have served in war and know that a dealership like RALLYE BMW exists. Very honorable !! More
