Great deals and great staff (with an exception) My wife and I were in the market for a new car. We decided to visit the Brent Brown Toyota. All of the staff we encountered while selecting a car were My wife and I were in the market for a new car. We decided to visit the Brent Brown Toyota. All of the staff we encountered while selecting a car were very friendly, and above all, patient. They did not push us to buy, and took our input into account. Unfortunately for my wife and I, the good service stopped there. We met with a person who recommended some care options for our new car, and didn't try to push us to buy the care package at full price. I wasn't thrilled at increasing our monthly payment, but I accepted it. The 'finance manager' we worked with was not friendly at all. (His name esacapes me at the moment) He knew we were at a monthly payment that worked with our budget and he still kept pushing for us to increase our monthly payment to accommodate these extra services. He did not take our input into account, and had to be told no multiple times before he would back down. To add insult to injury, this 'finance manager' called me up later to clarify an issue. When I informed him that I was ill (with the flu), he ignored that information and carried on as if nothing was wrong. This 'finance manager' needs to be taught some serious customer service and soft skills. I feel bad saying this, but I hope he is not around when our lease is up in three years. More

awesome customer service I went in with a general idea of what i wanted and their great sales team helped me find exactly that! Hassle Free We just bought a new 2014 Toyota Vensa and a new 2015 Toyota Tacoma. Awesome experience at a car dealership!!!! Drew had everything ready to go when we got there after a 2 hr. drive!! Have already recommended him to two co-workers. Great car buying experience We worked with Lane Brown on the purchase of our new Camry. This is the 4th car in the past nine years that Lane has helped us with 3 Camry's and 1 C We worked with Lane Brown on the purchase of our new Camry. This is the 4th car in the past nine years that Lane has helped us with 3 Camry's and 1 Corolla. We find him more than willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, most of all he made us feel comfortable with what can be an unpleasant experience. He followed up on our discussions with a phone call and an email just to see if he there were any questions he could answer or if he could help us in any way. Truly Lane "bent over backwards" for us. When we buy another car we will be going to Lane for another great purchase experience. Our experience with Shane and Andrew was fantastic too. Thanks to all of you More

Excellent customer service, straight forward sales The minute I walked into Brent Brown I was greeted with a smile and Brandon Peck who listened carefully to what I make and model of vehicle I wanted. The minute I walked into Brent Brown I was greeted with a smile and Brandon Peck who listened carefully to what I make and model of vehicle I wanted. Within minutes of communicating this to Brandon, he had that vehicle out front and waiting for a test drive. When I returned and was extremely satisfied with the quality of the vehicle, we moved to financing. Again, the process was the same. Brandon listened carefully to what I wanted to pay, how much money I needed for my trade-in vehicle and then literally within 15 minutes I was ready to sign the papers for my new truck. I believe the speed at which this happened can be attributed to a few things. First, Brandon listens well and is very well versed on every aspect of his job, sales, financing, inventory, customer care and the check-out process after financing. Second, Brent Brown has an excellent sales process which has been designed with their customers in mind. I was also very impressed with the finance manager, Andy Butcher, his professional demeanor, depth of knowledge of the financing process and his great attitude. At no time did I ever feel pressured the entire car-buying experience at Brent Brown. More
