Hi, I'm Anna and I am so happy to be one of your Service Advisors! I was born in McAlester, Oklahoma and graduated from Charleston High School. My job is to make sure your experience here in our service department is as enjoyable as it can be! I love interacting with our customers and making sure their needs are met with a smile! Outside of work I love taking my 3 dogs on walks, spending quality time with my family, and writing. I am very grateful to be in the position I am today and I am super excited to see where the car business will take me in the future!

Harry Robinson Buick GMC responded

As our service manager, Samantha, tried to explain, we apologize for the communication mix-up. We had 2 customers with similar names, and our new service advisor updated the incorrect customer. We are actively working on training our new advisors, including communication, which is critical to solidifying trust. I apologize for our mistake. We strive to cultivate lifelong relationships with our customers, so I apologize for failing to achieve our goal in your case.
