Hi, I’m Ryan and I am your Service Experience Coordinator. I grew up and graduated from High School in Van Buren. I’m now studying for my Business Administration Degree at the University of Arkansas Fort Smith. I started working in the car business three years ago and through the connections I made I was offered to be the receptionist. In under 6 months I was promoted up to service where I am now in charge of ensuring every customer has a pleasant experience while having their vehicle in service. I am very happy to be in the position I am in and can’t wait to see what the future holds!

As our service manager, Samantha, tried to explain, we apologize for the communication mix-up. We had 2 customers with similar names, and our new service advisor updated the incorrect customer. We are actively working on training our new advisors, including communication, which is critical to solidifying trust. I apologize for our mistake. We strive to cultivate lifelong relationships with our customers, so I apologize for failing to achieve our goal in your case.
