Our salesperson, Vanessa Quinones was incredible. She was knowledgeable & helpful throughout the whole purchase process. Vanessa & sales manager, Sam were complete professionals. Both made negotiations efficient & fair, and we were happy with speed of transaction. Vehicle was prepped and we were able to drive home that day. Had prior financing secured with hometown bank. Rebecca, finance clerk implied we could pay a higher Toyota interest rate since it was only (blank) more dollars -we declined. Rebecca got visibly upset we didn’t buy her additional upsell warranty. She was reluctant to deal with my banker. Questioned his identity because PDF draft instructions weren’t in preferred format. Ultimately Sam, stepped in and handled it. Rebecca might re-learn value of customer service, she almost lost the dealership this sale. However overall, we highly recommend Toyota of Rockwall and their sales staff. More

The dealership was able to get us the car we wanted without adding on all the extra unnecessary things that we didn’t want. Russ was fantastic at keeping us updated as we waited for our vehicle to arri without adding on all the extra unnecessary things that we didn’t want. Russ was fantastic at keeping us updated as we waited for our vehicle to arrive and giving a complete run down of the car when we got there. The woman who helped us with finance was great. She was not pushy at all and just wanted us to get the best financing deal. Coming from out of town we wanted to make sure the price we were told was the actual out the door price and they were true to their word. This was the easiest buying experience we have ever had. We would definitely buy another vehicle from here. More

When I noticed something was wrong with our car tire I was so worried it would cost us a fortune. Mick took great care of us and was so honest about what was needed for the vehicles safety vs what just co was so worried it would cost us a fortune. Mick took great care of us and was so honest about what was needed for the vehicles safety vs what just cosmetic and optional. I went in expecting it to have a cracked wheel, bent rim, and need a new tire. However they looked at everything and all I needed was a tire, everything balanced well otherwise. They were flexible with when I could schedule bringing it in and made the whole process a breeze. I used the shuttle service to go to the craft store up the road while my vehicle was worked on and everything worked out great and went very smoothly. Thank you to the best service department in the 75087 / 75032 area! More
