Mine is an unusual situation - eGolf battery problem at home in NC, car shipped to Colonial per VW corporate, "fixed" and returned, but same symptom (reduction in max charge from 140-150 mile range to 70-8 home in NC, car shipped to Colonial per VW corporate, "fixed" and returned, but same symptom (reduction in max charge from 140-150 mile range to 70-80). I wasn't told where the car had been shipped, figured it out, called Service and got a too-busy, impatient rep. I don't see how Colonial could say they fixed it if the symptom is the same. (I do believe they completed battery service.) More
