Everything went well and Bob was a good sales man. Only thing that upsets me is the vehicle I traded in had satellite radio. I asked if the 2016 Toyota Tacoma had satellite radio and I was told yes by two thing that upsets me is the vehicle I traded in had satellite radio. I asked if the 2016 Toyota Tacoma had satellite radio and I was told yes by two sales persons. The young sales person said when I signup for satellite I would then get an icon on my vehicle screen for satellite. When I cancelled my satellite on my trade-in and tried to get service on my Toyota Tacoma, I was told by SIRIUSXM that my Toyota was not setup for satellite. We travel a lot and enjoy satellite radio. I wish the sales persons would have been honest about the satellite system. More

Everything was fine. Only problem was I asked about the icon for satellite radio and two salespersons said you have to contact SIRIUSXM and it will then show on screen. NOT true, my 2019 high end Toyota T icon for satellite radio and two salespersons said you have to contact SIRIUSXM and it will then show on screen. NOT true, my 2019 high end Toyota Tacoma does NOT have satellite capacity (xxx). Not happy. I have had satellite radio for years and enjoy while traveling. Why would a high end 2019 Toyota Tacoma come without satellite capabilities??? If it's just a chip, let me know the cost. Bob Sanders was a good sales person. PLEASE let me know what I need to do to get SIRIUSXM on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma, please. Then you will get 5 stars. More

They took advantage of my elderly parents and sold them a car they did not want, in a color they do not like, with extra features they won’t use. They used the pandemic to instill fear and sell them a luxury car they did not want, in a color they do not like, with extra features they won’t use. They used the pandemic to instill fear and sell them a luxury version of the car they wanted for $10,000 more. My parents have not picked up the car or paid, but the dealership won’t let them out of the contract. My parents don’t even know how to use the extra features and will never learn! If the vehicle is in such high demand like my parents were told by the salesman, then they should have no problem terminating the contract and selling to someone else. My parents were taken advantage of by a dishonest company. More
