Our most recent experience has been awful and is still not resolved. Our car was in shop for one month and then was returned to us dirty with black finger prints all over. We are still waiting for the par not resolved. Our car was in shop for one month and then was returned to us dirty with black finger prints all over. My Toyota Tundra was displaying an ambiguous set of symptoms that wasn’t straightforward to diagnose. The worse case scenario was replacing the transmission. But BBT techs took a reasoned approach to p symptoms that wasn’t straightforward to diagnose. The worse case scenario was replacing the transmission. But BBT techs took a reasoned approach to problem solving and fixed the issue well short of just punting the ball, and then spent no small amt of time making sure the issue was fully addressed. In the end the fix cost me only $250. You guys rock! More
