Plus it was a fun experience. I felt relaxed and comfortable, had good conversation, yet got down to business and we were able to wrap everything up timely and efficiently. It's been a trying few weeks on the hunt for a new to me vehicle (or in this case just a totally new vehicle (interest rates)), and out of the places I visited and test drive appointments I went to, Ricardo (and Jose too) were the best to work with.
