The team work very hard with me to get me financed and didn’t hit my credit over and over like another dealership and I wasn’t there 5 or 6 hours it was very smooth. Bought a used car with the 60 day warranty. The check engine light went on a week later and the shop started giving me a lot of trouble. They accused me of taking the car off-roading and tried not to cover things that were clearly in the warranty. A couple weeks later, I got a flat tire. I did opt to get an additional wheel and tire warranty. I didn’t want to, but I had to bring the car back to the dealership for this work too. They refused to give me a rental car, and sent me away on my spare while they waited for my new tire to come in. And then they could only order the new tire for me and mount it. But they would not put it on or balance and rotate my tires. I had to drive it home on the spare and put the wheel on myself. When purchasing the vehicle, they talked a really big game about being a family place and somewhere that I could depend on to bring my car in for maintenance and buy all my future cars from there. The assured me that I would always be taken care of. They have yet to live up to that. More

Great car buying experience! I live out of town, but Dean Team Volvo Cars had the car I wanted to purchase. I worked with Bob and he was able to facilitate a deal including a trade in over the phone. There was no pressure, no false sense of urgency, just attentive communication. I drove in to sign paperwork and pick up my car. He came in on his day off just to meet me and make sure everything went smoothly. The finance team was transparent and there were no surprises. The pick up process was quick and easy. Everyone I worked with with during this transaction was professional and friendly. Not your stereotypical car buying experience for sure. I highly recommend Dean Team Volvo and Bob if you are in the market for a new car. More
