Chris Knutson and Brian Powers were amazing to deal with while purchasing our 2023 Acura TLX Type S! We walked on the lot, pointed at the exact car we wanted. And drove away with it. Brian stayed late with while purchasing our 2023 Acura TLX Type S! We walked on the lot, pointed at the exact car we wanted. And drove away with it. Brian Powers: Niello Acura Sales Rep I am in the market to buy a new car and I had some questions that I wanted to ask. I just wanted some simple questions to be answered like when is the I am in the market to buy a new car and I had some questions that I wanted to ask. I just wanted some simple questions to be answered like when is the Acura graduate program expire? I had the unfortunate time of speaking with Brian Powers who made it more complicated than it is. He kept asking for questions after questions going off on my initial question. So now it's been a day and still didn't get my question answered. I decided to talk to Elk Grove Acura instead and my question was quickly answered. I have a scheduled test drive this Sunday with them. Will also be negotiating with EG Acura for my first brand new car. If they can't satisfy me, I may go back to Niello but definitely will be avoiding Brian Powers. More

Brian Powers Subject; Brian Powers I’m sure for that anyone who has gone new car hunting conjures up nightmares of dealing with car sales people who want you be Subject; Brian Powers I’m sure for that anyone who has gone new car hunting conjures up nightmares of dealing with car sales people who want you believe that ‘you’re killing “me on the price. Sitting there for hours while he or she is going back and forth to their manager with another proposal. Not the case with Brian, he is a true professional. There was no haggling over price because he gave us exactly what we were looking for right from the beginning. We have bought many cars in the past, and I have to say with all honesty Brian was by far the best sales person we have dealt with.
