Simple, hassle free buying experience with Steve Mihalic I was in the dealership for service and browsing the lot to kill time. Steve offered to help me while I waited for my 5 series to be serviced. Steve Mihalic was upfront and worked quickly to answer my questions and followed up with a few emails later that day. We agreed on a fair price and fair transaction. Finance team was easy to work with too. I came back a few days later and they had everything ready for me and I was in and out in 1 hour with the CPO vehicle I wanted. Steve Mihalic and BMW of Westlake go above and beyond the effort of other dealers to ensure perfection. Efforts before and immediately after the sale to accommodate the customer in terms of vehicle preparation, incidentals, and warranty service are second to none. Steve and his team are not completely satisfied until the customer is fully satisfied. The service department is also top notch. More

They go out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience, even if they don't have a vehicle in stock they find one for you. The service department is excellent and very friendly. When you get your car back it is clean inside and out. Ken Delk has been my salesman for all of my BMW and has always taken very good care of me and answered any questions that I have ever had. More

I was introduced to Putrri Padbatan as my client advisor, she was very kind and worked hard to help identify my must haves on my new BMW, once we searched for my new "Red" 4 series and were unable to locate the car I desired, Putrri suggesting building in Germany exactly the way I wanted it! I must say I love my car, and I send much thanks to Putrri for her time and bright smile to go above and beyond to help me! Putrri could not be more accommodating with all of my needs, as I was a victim of the Audi emissions buyback and needed a new reputable diesel vehicle, BMW provided me with a loaner until my new BMW 328d wagon arrived, which I love! Brittaney Quick, in the service department also was very much on top of everything as soon I walked in the door, she was very efficient with whatever I needed. Thank you very a great experience. Kicking the tires Love my BMW 228i, but it doesn't drive worth a crap in the snow, so I headed off to BMW Westlake to get snow tires. As always, service was top-notch. Love my BMW 228i, but it doesn't drive worth a crap in the snow, so I headed off to BMW Westlake to get snow tires. As always, service was top-notch. Brittany ordered the tires for me, and arranged for a loaner while they were waiting for them. Took an extra day, in which I had to drive around in a BMW 340. Boo-hoo. As always, service people were friendly and experience very pleasant. Almost made me forget that I'd spent as much on tires as a family of four spends on food for three months. More
