I was introduced to Putrri Padbatan as my client advisor, she was very kind and worked hard to help identify my must haves on my new BMW, once we searched for my new "Red" 4 series and were unable to locate the car I desired, Putrri suggesting building in Germany exactly the way I wanted it! Putrri could not be more accommodating with all of my needs, as I was a victim of the Audi emissions buyback and needed a new reputable diesel vehicle, BMW provided me with a loaner until my new BMW 328d wagon arrived, which I love! Kicking the tires Love my BMW 228i, but it doesn't drive worth a crap in the snow, so I headed off to BMW Westlake to get snow tires. As always, service was top-notch. Love my BMW 228i, but it doesn't drive worth a crap in the snow, so I headed off to BMW Westlake to get snow tires. As always, service was top-notch. Brittany ordered the tires for me, and arranged for a loaner while they were waiting for them. Took an extra day, in which I had to drive around in a BMW 340. Boo-hoo. As always, service people were friendly and experience very pleasant. Almost made me forget that I'd spent as much on tires as a family of four spends on food for three months. More
