Extremely Satisfied I have always wanted to own a BMW. Have been recently retired and owning a BMW being on my Bucket List I went to BMW of Westlake to see if that could I have always wanted to own a BMW. I was greeted by Steve Mihalic and I explained that I was here to see if owning or leasing a BMW was within my budget and we should start with their best offers of any vehicle. After a few minutes of questions Steve suggested I look at leasing a used 3 series that could meet my requirements and budget. We picked out a 328I xdrive from a list of cars at the dealership and I was on my test drive. The rest is history. More

Always feel special when getting service Even though my BMW is a 2008 I am still treated like I just bought the car. They also clean my car inside and out when I bring it in for service even Even though my BMW is a 2008 I am still treated like I just bought the car. When they have a test drive event there is no hard pressure to buy a new car but they offer plenty of insight to any changes or benefits of the new models. More
