My overall experience with Brent Brown was fine. The people were helpful but their location was not very wheelchair accessible. There were 2 long, steep ramps to access the building that were diffic The people were helpful but their location was not very wheelchair accessible. There were 2 long, steep ramps to access the building that were difficult to get up on the rainy day I went. However, this location was the only one with the particular RAV4 TRD Off-Road model I wanted so that's why I went there. I didn't work with Brian Boyd. More

Is was great until I signed and paid the down payment. They took the car to finally run it through the shop. I guess they couldn’t do this when they got it in on the trade or the week before I could come They took the car to finally run it through the shop. I guess they couldn’t do this when they got it in on the trade or the week before I could come down to finish the paperwork. They found out something was wrong and it won’t pass emissions and took it to the shop. They couldn’t communicate that with me at al or answer my calls. I had to drive down to the dealership to have someone finally let me know. Was told that the shop said it was going to be $26,000 to fix it and that the dealership was trying to figure out the cheapest way to fix it. Try communicating that with me when they found this out and not ignoring my calls. That would be the best way to show customer service but the communication was gone as soon as they had me sign the paperwork and pay the down. One person told me the problem they found with the car at the shop. Then the next person said that they are waiting for the shop to figure out what is wrong. They could be honest and communicate but of course I am still waiting for them to even call me. Communication is very important. When you ghost me because you find a problem. That is when I see that they are trying to hide things from me. Was very disappointed how they treated me. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from them. Will not be going back and wouldn’t even tell my worst enemy to get a car from them. More

I felt like they listened good and weren’t overly pushy. I didn’t like that I had to wait 15+ minutes for my scheduled appointment and had wished I just walked in. I didn’t care who helped me, just wanted t I didn’t like that I had to wait 15+ minutes for my scheduled appointment and had wished I just walked in. I didn’t care who helped me, just wanted to avoid waiting around. Workers were nice. The communication after needs help. I wasn’t quite sure what was expected. Nobody said where to go when I brought my car back or what time. There were no confirmations or reminders of the appointment after I had left. Overall it was a good experience, just wish communication was better. More
