Phenomenal Service!!! I had a great experience at Joe Rizza Acura the moment I pulled my vehicle into the service drive. I've been to two other Acura dealerships (Muller's I had a great experience at Joe Rizza Acura the moment I pulled my vehicle into the service drive. I've been to two other Acura dealerships (Muller's Woodfield Acura and McGrath Acura of Westmont) and they don't come close to the kind of service that is provided at Joe Rizza Acura. The customer service is phenomenal. Big thanks to Chris, one of their service advisers, and Jason, one of their mechanics! Jason stayed late to work on my car and took the time to explain and show me things on my Acura that I had questions about. Chris, took the time to explain options and was very patient with me. I'll definitely continue to get my vehicle serviced at Joe Rizza Acura. More

there service department are full of crooks. My wife took our acura to Midas to get a tune up. the car is 15 years old we bought used a year ago and it needed a tune up. Midas ran a diagnostic on the car and found it need parts which we had fixed at a cost pf near $700. It also had an engine light on but they said we would have to take it to a dealer because there was also a recall on the modeal of acura. So we did just that. they Joe Rizza acura said they would have to run another diagnostic on the car because they wouldn;t take Midas word for it and chare me $130. when the got done they said we had to get the same part changed that Midaz again for $792 + Tax. I know that is how a dealer makes his money is on serviceing cars ar by cheating the car owners? Then we were told the recall had expired. What is going on your service department? Chris Kailer is the man she was dealing with. More

Matt and Chris are usually the employees I deal with in Service and they couldn't be nicer. I'm very happy with the service I get from Acura and they always wash my car when they are done. Sue More

Exceptional Service, Quality and Wait Time From the initial call to book my service appointment until the time I departed, the staff was warm and welcoming. All of my concerns were addressed a From the initial call to book my service appointment until the time I departed, the staff was warm and welcoming. All of my concerns were addressed as promised and ahead of time. I set up a temp office at a corner table near the waiting room to conduct a conference call. Others came by to see if I needed anything else. I observed techs/mechanics/reps communicating with customers as they waited to keep them apprised of what was going on with their vehicles. As I was not from the Chicagoland area I skipped stopping at the local Starbucks to ensure I was on time for my appointment, and to my surprise and delight there was quality coffee in the waiting room. I would definitely refer others to this Acura location! More

Helpful Staff I went to buy a car from Denise at Acura because my sister had a great experience with her years ago when she bought her car. She was very honest and told us what she knew about he car we were purchasing and what would be the best fit for my needs and wants. Chris was also very helpful and made signing all those papers go as smooth and fast as possible. More

Above and beyond Joe Rizza Acura has serviced several of my cars over the years. They make it so enjoyable owning a Acura. I recently had trouble with my 2006 Acura RL Joe Rizza Acura has serviced several of my cars over the years. They make it so enjoyable owning a Acura. I recently had trouble with my 2006 Acura RL. I called Joe Rizza's service department. They indicated that it was very likely an alternator issue but to bring it in to be sure. I had it towing and they had a loaner car ready to go for me. Normally it take a week or more to reserve a loaner but they saw that I was in a jam and took care of me. The diagnosis over the phone was right on. The repairs were done and my car was ready within a few days. Now I'm back on the road in my awesome Acura RL. Thanks Matt, Chris & Charlotte! More
