My first internet car purchase Saw a truck posted online at Joe Machens. I contacted Cody in the internet dept and sent them pics of my trade. They ran a carfax, shot me a trade dif Saw a truck posted online at Joe Machens. I contacted Cody in the internet dept and sent them pics of my trade. They ran a carfax, shot me a trade difference, I countered, and we settled on a figure surprisingly quickly. We drove up the following Saturday from Central Arkansas and picked up the truck. There were no surprises and the truck was everything it was represented to be by the rep. I might add that I was in the car business for a dozen years, so I was pretty skeptical that things would go this smoothly. It was also nearly a six hour commute, but we made a day of it and discovered a neat little restaurant on the way back. Kudos to Cody and Joe Machens for a surprisingly simple process. By the way, we are Toyota people through and through. My daughter is driving my old 4Runner that has 450,000 miles, and runs like a watch. More
