The thing I found most disappointing is that I’ve had to leave my car 2 out of 3 times for service and I was NEVER offered a loaner vehicle to get home and I live in Chicago, nor was I offered a loaner vehicle to get back and forth to work and to me that should be standard operating procedures. What I was exposed to while taking the El with the CTA was very very dangerous and taking an Uber got to be too expensive.
When I spoke to one of my coworkers about this issue, he informed me that he always gets a loaner, no matter what dealership he goes to if he had to leave his car; he also stated that he had NEVER asked for a loaner it’s automatically given to him if they keep his car. He was very surprised to hear that not only I but my son and my daughter are NEVER OFFERED A LOANER. I told them that there is a reason for this, that there is an underlining DOUBLE STANDARD because he’s WHITE and we are BLACK.
I’ve bought to vehicles with Hyundai and should be awarded the same courtesy given others to get a loaner with my is kept for almost a week. The dealership needs to do a better job at addressing this issue in my honest opinion….!

You should offer your customers loaner vehicles if you have to keep their vehicle.
I live in Chicago and I’ve had to leave my car on two separate occasions and not once was I offered a loaner. To me that should be Standard Operating Procedure. I had to take Ubers back and forth to work which got to be expensive, so I took public transportation and that proved to be quite dangerous because I get off of work at 12am in the morning and trips that normally took 25 minutes to get to work and get home, was now taking me at least 2 hours.
I don’t understand why the dealership doesn’t have an ample supply of loaners fro their customers, nor why they never even bother to offer me one.
