Choosing to purchase a vehicle from Mercedes of Annapolis was a great decision because of the outstanding customer service. Mr. Derek Nedd is a true asset. Derek was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating. He even worked hard to ensure that a wrong that was experienced with another dealership was corrected to the best of his ability to improve the customer's ownership experience. He really went above and beyond any of my expectations. The finance team of Tom and Dustin were also a joy to work with. My experience from start to finish was outstanding! Mr Nedd was extremely conscientious to ensure any wait was minimal and that all my questions were addressed? He recognized my interest and was knowledgable of the inventory so my needs were met. I was treated like royalty and accommodated any time there was any part of the experience that did not meet his high customer service standards. I bought several cars in my life time but this was by far the most pleasant car buying event. I highly recommend patronage of this dealership by all who would like a quality experience.

This was the most positive vehicle purchase experience ever!! The staff was friendly, professional and helpful making my entire car buying process hassle-free and enjoyable! I can't say enough about my salesman, Derek Nedd. He went above and beyond to help me find my dream car! He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and truly values his customer's needs. Over the course of a week I worked with Steve as my wife and I determined what the best vehicle for her would be. Steve was patient, including assisting us with no less than 4 test drives, and was enjoyable to work with. Once we got to making an offer, we worked with Steve and Drew to arrive at a price on the vehicle and a trade in value that worked for us. Then the entire team at Mercedes Benz of Annapolis managed to get us through the entire purchase and financing process (special thanks to Tom and Derek), using our credit union, even though we hadn't begun yet, and we were able to drive the car home that evening. We've purchased many vehicles, this is our 9th Mercedes, but have never had as enjoyable, comfortable, and professional experience as this from any dealership. They actually made it a fun experience for both of us.

My wife and I came in on a Saturday to look at the S class and the CLS models. A front staff person who introduced us to Derek Nedd and later Drew Litherland greeted us at the door. They are one of the most informed, professional, kind, considerate, patient, and knowledgeable Mercedes representatives we have ever meet. They both knew incredible detail about every single car that Mercedes produces. We spent the entire day looking at different cars. They were helpful, and accommodating at all times. We were just completely blown away by the experience. It was so POSITIVE! We felt so comfortable and really enjoyed our interaction with them. We plan on purchasing a Mercedes soon, and we will definitely purchase the vehicle from MB of Annapolis because of Derek and Drew. As a matter of fact, we only plan on purchasing our vehicles from them from now on. Absolutely stunning professionalism! Bravo!

I recently purchased a new Mercedes for my wife from Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. I came from Florida to buy this car. Before doing so I was on the phone w/Casey Duffy & completely impressed w/the obvious professionalism. While I was there I looked @ a few used cars and saw one & was able to drive it w/Casey.
After going back home w/the car purchased for my wife, we spoke about the used car I saw. I called Casey w/any question I may not have asked & he was most helpful. I decided to purchase the car & did.

For me to come from Florida to Annapolis to make a purchase clearly illustrates how impressed I am w/this dealership. Casey was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge & manner was great. Everyone I met during the two purchases were incredible to deal with.

Derek treated us with great care and compassion before and after we had agreed to buy a ML350 from him.It was late in the day, however, he was very good at showing me how to get the most out of the options the ML has, very glad for all the instructions. He also called me the next day to make sure the car and I were getting along and offered any help if I required it. Very good experience.
