The follow up after my purchase was very considerate just in case I had any pressing questions or comments about the car. I took my vehicle to Craig’s location the next day where him and Dere I purchased my 2023 F150 however noticed some flaws in the paint shortly after. I took my vehicle to Craig’s location the next day where him and Derek squared me away! They had my paint touched up, put me into a rental vehicle and had it done in less than a week. When I picked up my vehicle, not only was it done perfectly but they even washed it and threw some tire shine on. Couldn’t have been more impressed with the service here More

You really don't know how good a dealership is until you have a problem. I thought my wheel had been swapped during service, but it turns out that the cladding had came off of the rim. This is NOT Klaben's fault in any way, but guess what? They're replacing my wheel at no charge. Folks - if you're not coming here, you should be, as Richard Klaben's philosophy is being pushed down to his staff and it's one we all could aspire to. Thanks to the team! More
