I really enjoyed working with Russell Carter, and also think that Criswell is a quality dealer - really good salespeople and dealerships are hard to find and these guys do it right. Russ had very informat think that Criswell is a quality dealer - really good salespeople and dealerships are hard to find and these guys do it right. Russ had very informative advice even though I’m an experienced Corvette owner (this one is my fifth). He was communicative and got stuff done right away. I felt like I could trust him and everything he told me was accurate. I’m very appreciative of working with Russ and will certainly let him know when it’s time for another Corvette! More

I received a phone call from the general manager at Criswell Chevrolet. He was aware of the situation and said it should not have happened. I was very appreciative that he returned my phone call. Nathan is AMAZING!!! He corrected our previous issue and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied with our service. HORRIBLE!!! I live 10 minutes away but will NEVER bring my truck here again! Dropped off at 8am for scheduled appointment and NO communication through out the day!
