I came in and was very pleasantly greeted by Donovan. He offered his assistance to get the keys to take the car for a test drive. We were very pleased and decided to sit down to discuss the purchase of the offered his assistance to get the keys to take the car for a test drive. We were very pleased and decided to sit down to discuss the purchase of the car. He provided several terms to meet our needs. After making a choice, we were taken to Chris to complete the paper work. Chris provided all the details of the contract and spoke at a level where there were no questions for us to ask. After completing the paper work, Donovan took us back to finish up a few things and then took us out to my new car. He showed me the features of the car and took the time to program my cell phone. When I showed my friend my new car I learned the Cheverolet dealer didn't even help her get hers set up. I was able to help her because of the assistance I got from Donovan. I was also impressed when I received a call from your dealership to make sure I was doing okay and to see if everything was working the way it should be and told me to call if a I needed anything. Thank you for taking the time to go the extra mile and get me set up for success. More
