Awful experience, terrible customer service. I have to start by saying Dustin was super friendly and helpful once they finally let us speak with him. It’s too bad that the great employees like him are few and far between here. We didn’t get to speak with him until our BRAND NEW Jeep had been in their shop for over 30 days for a new engine..and after we put in call after call to figure out what was going on. We dealt with a god awful older woman who told us her name was Judy when we asked. (I see there’s no Judy on the list of people who work there.) That woman’s nasty attitude alone would be enough to make us never come back. Add after the two times they’ve had to replace MAJOR parts of our brand new vehicle and haven’t kept us updated unless we call and leave bad reviews...we would never give this place our business again, or refer anyone to them. We understand things happen. But this entire experience has been horrible and we are still stuck paying for, and driving, an awful vehicle that we were so excited to have 8 months ago, from a dealer that has zero concern for their customers once they’ve completed a sale. More

Inexperienced salesperson disappointing experience Bought our 4th Jeep from Moore - salesperson. Jay knew nothing about car and let us leave lot with empty gas tank low air in tires no windshield flui Bought our 4th Jeep from Moore - salesperson. Jay knew nothing about car and let us leave lot with empty gas tank low air in tires no windshield fluid and the car was dirty. In addition, he texted someone 2x while working with us and just left us once the deal was done we were there for 4 1/2 hours - i had to go back to finance to see where the process was... I also didnt receive my plates back on my trade or my second car key I ended up having to call and speak with the sales Manger Keith and bring the car back to have the windshield fluid filled and tires filled . He was in contact with Dustin in service and made sure my car was taken care of quickly - Keith also reimbursed me for my gas. He really stepped up make sure everything was handled as soon as I walked In and that went a long way to help fix a bad experience Sue another salesperson walked us through the features on the car - she really stepped up and helped save this experience I dont Know the name of the finance person but he was great as well. While I would recommend your dealership due to the long relationship I only highly recommend Sue as the salesperson More
