This is our second subaru and the overall experience was better than our first purchase @ a different dealership. I did not feel pressured, and our needs were met. I feel we were given a very competitive an better than our first purchase @ a different dealership. I did not feel pressured, and our needs were met. I feel we were given a very competitive and very good/fair deal. It was close to great but when it comes to purchasing cars my personal feelings are car prices can never be classified as great. I did some comparison shopping but not as much as with my previous subaru purchase. Everyone was pleasant and personable, and even the owner took time to speak with us during the process. The general manager stepped in initially after we had a brief wait on arrival instead of allowing us to wait longer for a salesman to be available. I have walked into other dealerships and not been acknowledged for way too long, so that impressed me. He worked out the details that made us feel good about trading in and upgrading to a 2013, and made us feel he wanted to sell us a car. We usually buy and keep our cars longer and were exploring upgrading after three years for the first time. I feel confident we have made the correct decision and both parties gained from it. More

From the initial phone call to the financing to the final drive out of the dealership, we encountered friendly and informative professionals at Quality Subaru. Ralph was friendly and thorough with the infor drive out of the dealership, we encountered friendly and informative professionals at Quality Subaru. Ralph was friendly and thorough with the information we required without wasting our time. Ed has a most pleasant and straightforward way of presenting the financing without pressuring the customer. And Chad was extremely patient in helping a low-tech customer set up the blue tooth phone option. I look forward to my first visit with the service staff at this dealership! More

I had a pleasurable experience purchasing my Impreza from this dealership. My salesperson, Gary, provided all the information that I needed regarding my car. He has a soft approach to sales - no pressure, easy-going personality, and responded timely to all my inquiries. Peter, the general sales manager, was kind enough to have his crew clean the inside headlights on my old car - ensuring my safety while I was waiting for delivery of my Impreza. All in all, I highly recommned this dealership to all who wish to have a peaceful, trusting experience purchasing a new car. More

We had a wonderful experience in purchasing our 2012 Subaru Outback! Upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted in a friendly, but non-pushy mannner. At some dealerships, you cannot even get our of Subaru Outback! Upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted in a friendly, but non-pushy mannner. At some dealerships, you cannot even get our of your car before a salesman is approaching you! Our salesman, Gary Thomsen, was very thorough in explaining the features of the Outback and was very patient in answering all of our questions. He has a wonderful sense of humor as well. Mike Ward, the general sales manager, was also very helpful in answering our questions and phone calls. He quickly obtained the vehicle that we wanted. We had our new Outback in our driveway in 5 days-start to finish! Mike also has agreat sense of humor! Ed Chen, the business manager, was very thorough and patient in explaining the financial end of the purchase. We had not purchased a new car in 14 years, so we had quite a few questions! Joe Blichfeldt, is a very nice man and treats his employees with kindness and respect,so important especially nowadays. My husband especially enjoyed talking with him. All in all, we enjoyed our experience at Quality Subaru and would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a Subaru-new or used. Thank you so much! You are the best!!! More

We wanted to replace our 12 yr. old car and after researching, decided upon a Subaru. My husband test-drove at another dealership and also at Quality. He decided to bring me to test-drive at Quality researching, decided upon a Subaru. My husband test-drove at another dealership and also at Quality. He decided to bring me to test-drive at Quality, since I will be the primary driver. Gary Thomsen made the entire testing and purchasing process easier than we've ever before experienced when purchasing a new car. He anticipated many of our questions and answered everything thoroughly. When we took ownership of the car we selected he had even tabbed & highlighted sections in the owner's manual, for our convenience. After the purchase was finalized he spent over an hour in the car with us, once again going through all the controls and options, and making adjustments for our comfort. The following day he called us to see if we had additional questions that he could answer for us. There was no sales-pressure in dealing with any of the staff, but rather an earnest and energetic desire on the part of the staff, particularly Mr. Thomsen, in seeing that the customer was as well-informed as possible about the product and services, and as comfortable and at ease as they could make us throughout the entire process. It's hard to imagine, but they succeeded in making the dreaded task of buying a car a pleasant experience. If the Repairs Dept. delivers the same level of service and support, we will most likely be repeat customers. More

Mike, my sales guy was very informative, friendly and for the most part nice to deal with. He did push the $800 simonize too hard, but that was the only issue I had with him. Ed Chen, on the other hand, ru the most part nice to deal with. He did push the $800 simonize too hard, but that was the only issue I had with him. Ed Chen, on the other hand, ruined my experience at the dealership to the point where I left his office wth a head ache and questioned the quality of Subaru products. He was exptremely pushy. He pushed the Simonize and Extended warentee to the extreme. His sales pitch for the simonize was that Subaru spends $1.8 million a year on the plasitic sheath for the top surface of the vehicles because the paint is soft and doesn't hold up to acid rain and other debris. He tried to sell the extended warentee by showing me an electic module he kept at his desk and said anything could go wrong with the electronics just like my computer at home. He did other a reduced price on the options but pushed the sale of those items for over 20 minutes from every angle. I will be in the market for another vehicle at the end of this calender year. I've gotten several compliments on my Impreza. Everyone I talk to only has great things to say about the brand. I love my car, and am planning to buy a Forester in January. I will probably go back to Quality just for convenience but I'm definately not looking forward to it. More
