My experience buying a Subaru from Quality was pleasant and everyone was so helpful. Ralph went over every detail regarding the Subaru I was interested in purchasing. There was no pressure to buy from the dealership, which is rare. If you are thinking about buying a Subaru, I highly recommend this dealership. More

We wanted to replace our 12 yr. old car and after researching, decided upon a Subaru. My husband test-drove at another dealership and also at Quality. He decided to bring me to test-drive at Quality researching, decided upon a Subaru. My husband test-drove at another dealership and also at Quality. He decided to bring me to test-drive at Quality, since I will be the primary driver. Gary Thomsen made the entire testing and purchasing process easier than we've ever before experienced when purchasing a new car. He anticipated many of our questions and answered everything thoroughly. When we took ownership of the car we selected he had even tabbed & highlighted sections in the owner's manual, for our convenience. After the purchase was finalized he spent over an hour in the car with us, once again going through all the controls and options, and making adjustments for our comfort. The following day he called us to see if we had additional questions that he could answer for us. There was no sales-pressure in dealing with any of the staff, but rather an earnest and energetic desire on the part of the staff, particularly Mr. Thomsen, in seeing that the customer was as well-informed as possible about the product and services, and as comfortable and at ease as they could make us throughout the entire process. It's hard to imagine, but they succeeded in making the dreaded task of buying a car a pleasant experience. If the Repairs Dept. delivers the same level of service and support, we will most likely be repeat customers. More

Mike, my sales guy was very informative, friendly and for the most part nice to deal with. He did push the $800 simonize too hard, but that was the only issue I had with him. Ed Chen, on the other hand, ru the most part nice to deal with. He did push the $800 simonize too hard, but that was the only issue I had with him. Ed Chen, on the other hand, ruined my experience at the dealership to the point where I left his office wth a head ache and questioned the quality of Subaru products. He was exptremely pushy. He pushed the Simonize and Extended warentee to the extreme. His sales pitch for the simonize was that Subaru spends $1.8 million a year on the plasitic sheath for the top surface of the vehicles because the paint is soft and doesn't hold up to acid rain and other debris. He tried to sell the extended warentee by showing me an electic module he kept at his desk and said anything could go wrong with the electronics just like my computer at home. He did other a reduced price on the options but pushed the sale of those items for over 20 minutes from every angle. I will be in the market for another vehicle at the end of this calender year. I've gotten several compliments on my Impreza. Everyone I talk to only has great things to say about the brand. I love my car, and am planning to buy a Forester in January. I will probably go back to Quality just for convenience but I'm definately not looking forward to it. More

We were not sure if we were in the market for used or new. The staff was very knowlegable about the vehicles and took time to show us several cars. Ralph was the most helpful and honest person. He explai new. The staff was very knowlegable about the vehicles and took time to show us several cars. Ralph was the most helpful and honest person. He explained everything about the vehicles in a very sweet, soft spoken manner. Ralph was also very patient and had the vehicle detailed as promised and it looked like brand new. Ralph also went over all the options in the vehicle with us so we were comfortable driving it home and brought us over to the service dept. where we met Karen and made our first, free oil change appointment. Ed Chen was also very pleasant going over all the warranty information More
