Service is the best I have ever encountered. It almost makes servicing my car a pleasure. The only negative I had was the 3% charge for using my credit card. I had a problem with my last visit. I have called the dealership three times, and left two messages, and no one has returned any of my calls. I was charged for a tire rotation that I sh I have called the dealership three times, and left two messages, and no one has returned any of my calls. I was charged for a tire rotation that I should have received for free, because I purchased my tires from the dealer. Retail rates for some repairs that should be covered by my Subaru extended warranty. More

Duncan never kept me updated. Then when service finally was completed the bill did not reflect the written quote made on line.
