Needed a new engine, under warranty, took 2 months and had to fight for loaner. Communication was non existent unless I called. Got car back with 2 safety recalls not completed. Buying Toyotas in the fut had to fight for loaner. Communication was non existent unless I called. Got car back with 2 safety recalls not completed. Buying Toyotas in the future. I want to let everyone know about a concerning experience regarding the extended warranty services at this dealership. My daughter and I felt we were misled during the purchasing/transfer process, resulting regarding the extended warranty services at this dealership. My daughter and I felt we were misled during the purchasing/transfer process, resulting in a loss of over $3,000 plus. Despite our attempts to seek assistance, the dealership needs to act in good faith and has directed us towards paperwork that needed to be fully transparent. We are apprehensive about how this has impacted my young daughter, a college student, navigating such transactions. I urge you to address this matter with the urgency it deserves. It is crucial to ensure that future buyers are protected from similar experiences. More
