There was only ONE good thing about this place. I had to go back here multiple times with a 5 month old just to figure out what was going on. I needed a car asap and I had to deal with 4 different p I had to go back here multiple times with a 5 month old just to figure out what was going on. I needed a car asap and I had to deal with 4 different people. One of them was so rude that I was ready to report him. Basically telling me that I needed to shut my mouth and let him finish talking and a bunch of other things. At the end of my meeting with him he told me that I wasn't welcomed back at the dealership. The ONLY reason I will go back to this dealership would be because of his one sales worker Bob Bradley. If you EVER need to go there you need to speak and work with him. You will not regret it. He was the only one that helped me and fought when he needed to. Long story short he got the job done and I'm so happy that he took the time to end my nightmare with this place. They're under construction so they have multiple lots everywhere right now. It can take them up to 4 hours to find the car you're looking for. If they can't find it they just lie and tell you it sold. If you MUST go there please go see Bob. You won't regret it. More

Very happy customer I was able to negotiate the purchase online. We agreed to a price over a few hours. Made an appointment to finalize paperwork. Very professional. Very helpful. Took ownership of the process. The finance department was quick and painless. This was the second car my family purchased from Woburn over the last 8 weeks. My daughter bought a new Rav 4 about 8 weeks ago. I definitely though my transaction was easier. I felt I got a fair price for my Tundra. I’ve owned multiple Toyota’s. This was my first purchase with Woburn. I am a former IRA and Jaffarian customer. Look foreard to future purchases with Woburn. Again can’t say enough good things about Scott anf Hank. They were great. My hope is that I will be as happy with your service department when I use them in the future. Sincerely Frank More

Charged for a warranty I did not buy or sign off on I would give 0 stars if I could. I leased a vehicle from Woburn Toyota in October of 2016. I brought a very experienced car buyer with me to avoid any I would give 0 stars if I could. I leased a vehicle from Woburn Toyota in October of 2016. I brought a very experienced car buyer with me to avoid any sort of misunderstanding or potential issues with my financing and paperwork. Both my friend and I were extremely clear that I was not interested in any sort of warranty on the vehicle. The finance manager Hank said he completely understood, and because I chose no sort of warranty, he decided to throw in 'free environmental protection' at the end of the day. It was a nice gesture. I signed off on that. Yesterday I went through my paperwork and realized that Hank signed me up for a 6 year warranty on my 2 year lease. I immediately reached out to the dealership and calmly asked to speak with a finance manager so we could review the terms of my lease and apparent warranty. I was transferred to voicemail and disconnected the first 3 times that I called. On my 4th attempt I was transferred to a woman at the front desk who bluntly notified me that nobody was available to speak to me, and that I could decide to wait 1 hour+ to speak with someone or call back tomorrow. Disappointing and unprofessional. Today I reached out to Hank to ask him why he signed me up for a six year warranty on a 2-year lease. His response was 'i figured giving you 6 years instead of 2 in case you keep your car at the end of lease.' He thought he'd not only sign me up for a warranty that I did not want and did not sign off on, but that he'd extend it for 4 years beyond the life of my lease 'in case' I keep the car? Not only that, but he admitted that he overcharged me for my lease and needed to put the money somewhere. I never saw this paper, never would have signed off on it if I had, and can now see why I was asked to sign an electronic signing pad instead of actual paperwork. Not only was I fraudulently signed up for a simonizing package, but I was charged almost $1,500 for this. As a first time car buyer, this was my worst nightmare. I was hoping Woburn Toyota would be different, but they took advantage of me and perpetuated every stereotype there is. More
