Service Brakes were not working well. Diagnosis was warped rotors. Rotors were turned to resolve the issue. Cost was reasonable and no extras were needed Brakes were not working well. With an appt for a Thursday (earliest available), I left it at Toyota on Tuesday AM, since the Prius was an expensive paperweight to me-- couldn't drive it. Tuesday noon, Ian Davis called with diagnosis and fix, estimate, and that I could pick it up end of day Tuesday. That's 2 days EARLY! Done and done. More

EFAST Had an appointment for 9:15, got there a little early. Checked in and was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes. Got a free cup of wonderful coffee and lo Had an appointment for 9:15, got there a little early. Checked in and was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes. Got a free cup of wonderful coffee and looked at the new 2018 Camry. Went and sat down and the tech came and said the car was ready. I left at 9:19, 4 minutes after my schedule appointment. Exceptional Service This dealership provides excellent service. My vehicle was due for service and I had been informed that I should get brakes when I came in this time. This dealership provides excellent service. My vehicle was due for service and I had been informed that I should get brakes when I came in this time. It turns out that my vehicle was close to its 60K service, too. Ian gave me the option to choose the services to have completed. This allowed me to determine how much I could afford at this visit. He thought it would take most of the day, which would have caused an issue with picking up my son from school, so he arranged for a loaner. His focus all around was me, the customer. I appreciate that. More
