I don't ever feel good after spending money for service

at this dealership. In my experience, the customer service is just sub par. My recent service experience was with Jaime from the intital introduction of him coming to my car all the way to the end, it was just blah, no smile, or any bit of extra kindess, just very matter-of-fact. I will be fair, he was not rude, but not at all pleasant. He asked me what I needed, and I told him what I thought, but I'm not a service advisor, he did not check my mileage (as most have done in the past) or say what I might need, I had to ask about a service based on the mileage I had, then he told me what maintenance was due and the cost. Once my service was completed, I received the text message with the results of my mutli-point inspection where a few things were listed as Critical, but he did not come talk to me, by the time I read though the analysis my car was already out front. I do not understand how if I have items listed as Critical, why he wouldn't talk to me about them or even give me the option to get it done the same day, my car was already out front. I asked about a loaner if I wanted to get them items taken care of same day and he pretty much brushed me off and said even though they were listed as Critical that it was just maintenance. Just very displeased with the customer service.

Your brake fluid was at "yellow" indicating future attention. Brake fluid should be changed every 20.000 miles or 2 years. You had your fluid changed in April of 2022, so you still have some time on this service. We never want to over charge our clients or recommend services that are not needed. This was an alert that this is needs future attention. It is recommended that you change your engine air filter and Jaime will call to see if we can get you back in for this under our EXPRESS SERVICE. This will help your engine run more efficiently. We appreciate your business and your feedback and look forward to resolving any concerns.

car. Free coffee bar. Originally came in for oil change, which they use synthetic 0-20 and wash the car for under 110.00. Super deal.

After inspecting my car they texted me a video of the camera used to look at how worn down my brakes were. Service center was able to replace my rear brakes in less than one hour. Excellent experience. Love my Infinity family.

We looked into your situation and understand that you returned with a coupon some time AFTER service was performed. Every special service offer has a disclaimer that includes:
"Cannot be combined with any other offers. Must present coupon at time of write up. Not valid for prior purchase. Void where prohibited"
We did say that we would gladly honor the coupon on your next visit, even if it had expired. We thought that was fair, and are sorry you did not agree.

You know that as an Infiniti owner I regularly receive Infiniti' offers for various service discounts. The purpose of those offers is to have me bring my vehicle in for service which I have done.
Honoring an old oil discount certificate at my next oil change when Infiniti will probably send me a new one makes me feel uncomfortable and that I am not a valued customer.
