Very efficient service department. Albany Subaru has been great when it comes to vehicle services. Responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly staff! Subaru vehicles, not so much. This is my second Subaru in 6 years (new 2017 outback and cert services. Responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly staff! Subaru vehicles, not so much. This is my second Subaru in 6 years (new 2017 outback and certified preowned 2020 Ascent) and both have been riddled with issues; oil seepage around engine, broken axle, electrical glitches, wheel bearings, ball joints, tie rods, and transmission issues. No more Subarus for us! More

Tire sensor lights still unresolved and we have to bring the truck back. This is a big inconvenience as we live a minimum of 45 minutes away, with traffic could be an hour. Brought the car in for maintenanc the truck back. This is a big inconvenience as we live a minimum of 45 minutes away, with traffic could be an hour. Brought the car in for maintenance check and oil change, Maintenance light is still on, we have to bring the car back to have it reset. Again we don't live close, big inconvenience. Wondering if the oil was even changed. Ever time we had the 4runner in for service it's incomplete or the issue is not addressed. We received a text the technicians were having an issue with the key, when I asked what the issue was no one knew and nothing documented. Concerning! More

I always bring my 2015 Forester here for quality service. The advisors are friendly, courteous, and very helpful. I always have questions and they provide detailed information to explain repairs that are nee The advisors are friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Most of the time, my vehicle is ready well before they tell me the service/repairs will be complete. For my most recent visit, they thought the part would take a few days to be delivered, but it came the same day. I feel comfortable taking my car to Albany Subaru for service and would recommend it to anyone who needs help with their Subaru. More

Everyone was very accommodating for my situation. I needed to leave my car earlier than my scheduled appointment because I had to go out of town.
