"I love my Tundra Crewmax" In 2007 I bought the first large Tundra crewmax. I had it for 7 years and I just traded it in for a new 2014. I love it! This dealership has been great to me since 2007 and I will always go back. A few years back I had a 4 hour trip to make and the truck was making strange noises and I was nervous. I called Falmouth Toyota and a serviceman drove to my job in Mashpee, dropped off a vehicle for me, took mine and fixed it and I was on my way. That went above and beyond. This time my salesman, Ken Collings, helped me with my lease and finished in record time. I talked to Amy about financing and I was out of there quickly. Ken and Amy were so helpful and knowledgeable that I felt I was in good hands. The service department guys are super also. They have never steered me wrong. Thank You Falmouth Toyota More

We went to Falmouth Toyota to take advantage of the short time offer of 0% Financing and because we wanted a new Toyota Prius since our Prius was an '04. The Murphy family is also community spirited and help time offer of 0% Financing and because we wanted a new Toyota Prius since our Prius was an '04. The Murphy family is also community spirited and helps our particular charity a great deal. We particularly went to see Ken Collins in Sales because he has assisted us with car purchases for over two decades. Ken listened to our concerns and ordered the exact Prius and color we wanted, did not try to sell us more than we wanted. The best part is how much all the staff including Matt Murphy and the folks in the Finance Department did all the paper work down to the last detail and treated us like we were buying the most expensive vehicle available. Front Office, Back Office, Sales and Service all made the purchase of our new 2013 Prius a pleasurable experience right down to the coffee and fruit. We also had a fairly complicated trade in which Ken facilitated with ease. Thanks to all the folks at Falmouth Toyota. We just referred another couple to Ken Collins with confidence. More

I have been going to Falmouth Toyota for over 12 years now. I have bought 3 new vehicles from them and have had nothing but GREAT service! Last month I purchased another new vehicle and the salesman, An now. I have bought 3 new vehicles from them and have had nothing but GREAT service! Last month I purchased another new vehicle and the salesman, Anthony Spagone was incredible. He explained everything about the sale and tried to get me every credit available. He is an outstanding salesman! Amy Killoran did a superb job at explaining all the financing information and didn't let me sign anything until I fully understood it all. The service department has been nothing less than OUTSTANDING over the years. They have always worked with my schedule, helped with transportation and minimized the amount of time I had to physically wait for my car. Thank you very much, Falmouth Toyota! More

I have purchased quite a few vehicles from Falmouth Toyota over the past 20 years and have always found the sales experience to be exceptional for a car dealership. Unlike most dealers, there is no pr Toyota over the past 20 years and have always found the sales experience to be exceptional for a car dealership. Unlike most dealers, there is no pressure or attempts to sell you something you do not need or want. I always believe that the key to a good business is the employees. Falmouth Toyota is fairly unique in that the same staff has, for the most part been there for many years. They are all friendly and courteous. I have dealt mostly with Ray Bourgeois over the past 10 plus years and have always found him to be exceedingly honest and fair in all our dealings. My latest purchase of a 2013 Corolla was an exceptionally smooth process and Ray was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted. The sales process was again smooth and totally stress free. You can probably save a few dollars by going to one of the other dealers but I find that in the long run I am better off. As mentioned, the sales experience and post sales service is just so much better than the average new car dealer. I can be assured that I have purchased the vehicle I want. Additionally, I just purchased a used Corolla for my granddaughter from Falmouth Toyota, something I swore I would never do. My experience with a used car dealer convinced me that paying extra for one of Falmouth Toyota's r used vehicles, will in the long run be cheaper as I can be fairly assured that the car is in good shape mechanically and structurally. If I encounter any problems with the purchased vehicle, they bend over backwards to try to resolve the issue in a speedy and satisfactory manner. Overall, I would highly recommend Falmouth Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

I have owned my 2004 Toyota Highlander for 8 years, purchased and serviced at Falmouth Toyota, a great service team. I just traded my Highlander for a Venza. If Falmouth Toyota did not have such an e purchased and serviced at Falmouth Toyota, a great service team. I just traded my Highlander for a Venza. If Falmouth Toyota did not have such an excellent service team I may not have bought another Toyota. I trusted the service department and spoke to Tony about the different cars I was going to be looking at and he suggested the Venza. I am glad I listened to him as I love my Venza and know that if I have any problems that FalmouthToyota's service department will take care of them. More

I purchased my 09 Corolla new from Falmouth Toyota three years ago. My job requires me to drive everyday, most of the time putting upwards of 1,000 miles a week in. Knowing fairwell I would be abusing my car in terms of mileage, I knew that it was so important to stay up on my recommended scheduled services to keep my car running in tip-top shape. For the past three years I have been coming to Falmouth Toyota for my services and I have never had a bad experience. Specifically, I have been working with Jared Neves, he is a knowledgable, kind, accomodating, individual who takes the time to talk with me about my car. More so, I trust what he is telling me when it comes to my vehicle. The records kept at Falmouth Toyota are impeccable, it is one less thing I need to think about when I call up for an appointment. Being in the customer service industry myself, I know how challenging it can be to work with the public at times. This isn't just good customer service, this kind of service is rare in today's society. The gentlemen in the service department are top notch and it is the number one reason why I will continue to purchase my vehicles as well as make recommendations to others for Falmouth Toyota. More
