I had been on the hunt for a Subaru Ascent for almost six months and had spoken to just about every dealership in a 50 mile radius when Jake had sent me a follow up email asking if I was still looking for a months and had spoken to just about every dealership in a 50 mile radius when Jake had sent me a follow up email asking if I was still looking for a vehicle. I responded that I was and that I was searching for an 8-Passenger Limited Ascent and Jake said they had one coming so I jumped on the chance. Jake is by far the best sales person I have ever worked with. He is well informed, patient, and care a lot for providing superior customer service. I will only ever refer anyone I know looking for a car to MetroWest and to Jake because I know they will be taken care. This was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new car and that is just a testament to Jake, and the rest of the team at MetroWest! I am so grateful that Jake sent a follow up email and that I was able to get my Ascent from him! More

My wife and I have bought and leased five Subarus from Jeff. We have always been favorably impressed by his no-pressure approach combined with his product knowledge, honesty, and friendliness. Except for the fact that, now being the dealership's sales manager I don't think he actually sells cars anymore, we would have no hesitation recommending him. That said, I trust that he inculcates his approach to automobile sales to those working under him. More

Jeff Ricard reached out to me after I made an inquiry on a Forester through the website. He was very personable on the phone and made me feel comfortable right away. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever, a Forester through the website. He was very personable on the phone and made me feel comfortable right away. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever, which was surprising given the current conditions due to C-19. He invited us for a test drive and we tried the Forester but the seat was not comfortable for me, so the next day we test drove an Outback. We met salesman Patrick Gloss, who was very accommodating. Jeff and Patrick allowed us all the time we needed, and even said to take the cars home to make sure they fit in our garage! When we learned that a famiky member had unexpectedly passed away, they were very understanding and gave us time and space to mourn. After presenting Jeff with another Subaru dealer's offer, Jeff matched it and we bought our Outback. I can't say enough how transparent and straightforward Jeff and Patrick were, and we'd highly recommend talking to them before approaching any other Subaru dealer. We also were impressed with John Kent, who thoroughly explained all of the paperwork and optional packages we could add to protect our new car. y far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Reached out about sale hours was told come on down, when I arrived there wasn't a single soul in sight. Ok that's fine, looked on the lot for what id be interested in. Okay, so I call make an appointment, call that morning to confirm what 2 vehicles I wanted to test drive, only to be told they only had a hatchback model of one, okay that's fine bur that's not what I'm buying. Test drive went fine, get back and waiting for the sale rep to bring out paper work, when another rep was working with another party going over all the promotions, savings, and deals... Only for my sales rep to come out, tell me Subaru leasing are trash and they don't really offer sales/deals. So someone was lying right off the bat. The sales reps and sales manager both wanted me to sign for a vehicle they didn't even have on the lot. So, at the point I said well just find an Impreza Sport. Sales rep said, we don't have one. Sales manager Jeff made some calls, yep no problem we will bring it over Monday. Monday comes and goes. Friday comes and the sale rep reaches out asking if I was still interested in the vehicle I looked at... I explained no, I was waiting around waiting to hear from Jeff about the sport. This sales rep threw his sales manager right under the bus and tells me Jeff was told no to bringing the vehicle over and had zero intentions of doing so. Oh did I mention I made it clear, I needed a vehicle as I work in public safety and my vehicle was wrecked in an accident the week prior to my first trip to the dealership. So, I reach out to Jeff who says the vehicle was still on hold but they are short staffed so he couldn't pick up the phone in 5 days to tell me the car I was waiting for wasn't ever coming. This is a common "game" played by Subaru, you know my father having worked for Subaru for many years. So, having had my time completely wasted by this dealership I reached out to VJ the manager and still haven't heard a peep back. Oh and I almost forgot, I reached out to another Subaru dealership in the state, huge price difference between the two for the same model/trim. Beware nothing but LIARS and SNAKES over there at MW Subaru. More

Patrick Gloss, our salesman, was extremely obliging We were very pleased with the way everyone at MetroWest treated us with such respect and courtesy. Patrick Gloss, our salesman, was extremely obliging and helpful and went way out of his way to make sure we were kept informed on every step of the process. And when I would call, if Patrick wasn't working then, Jeff stepped in and made sure I was taken care of in very good fashion. And our dealings with Ron were just as pleasant. He explained everything in plain, understandable language so we felt comfortable making the final decisions and signing all the paperwork. I absolutely love my new Subaru, and I am sure I will continue to love it as time goes on. Scammed of 8k by Jeff R., Mike C. and John K. This dealer isn't even worth one star... John Kent, Jeff Richard and Mike Cerquiera scammed me of 8k. They all lied to me about the price of a car in This dealer isn't even worth one star... John Kent, Jeff Richard and Mike Cerquiera scammed me of 8k. They all lied to me about the price of a car in which we had agreed upon and they convinced me to put down 12K on a lease and come to find out they were going to charge me 8k more and 5k more on the ticketed price of the car!!! I spoke with my father about this because after doing the paper work something didn't seem right, and my father was concerned so he went to speak with them. Jeff Richard told him that I was in fact charged the price in which we agreed upon and he explained to my father its a rare car and I wanted it so the deal is done. Well my father pointed out that the paperwork did not in fact state the agreed upon price, but in proof it stated they were charging me 8k more after requesting 12k down on a lease. At that time I was told I still had time to cancel if I really wanted to. I canceled the deal and got my check back. I'm now the proud owner of the exact SUV I wanted and I didn't have to put any money down and i'm only paying 128 more a month, and not only did I get a great deal but I worked with honest people who I will recommend to all my friends and family. METROWEST SUBARU I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING THERE. More
